If your tip is not large enough, bring a book. It's going to be a while. I am getting a little annoyed at the proliferation of tipping opportunities, so this rant is in general, but specific to Starbucks. I don't know what Starbucks employees are paid, and I accept that it is not enough. But last year Starbucks made $4 billion, so why are underpaid employees my problem? I tip for good service, not to prop up wage strategies for billion dollar companies.

So just finished getting my fake drink and breakfast sandwich after about 35 minutes of waiting for it, the mobile order service needs to go they focus on that crap then actual in-house customer service. I'm not a Starbucks fan but when I go I expect pretty good service not bland or stuck up like I'm better then you service. The place needs to be cleaned good I mean come on it's a food service place stop being lazy and wipe it down good or hire more people to help out, this goes for all Starbucks locations around the area.TO THE PEOPLE THAT OWN THESE COFFEEHOUSES KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK OF FAILING THEM OH YEAH EVER STOP AND THINK OF HOW OFTEN THEY CLEAN THEIR ICE MACHINE OR CHANGE THEIR FILTERS, IF THEY CANT WIPE DOWN THE PLACE RIGHT THINK OF THAT ICE MACHINE.

Good but last two times only cash, credit machine not working
The music was a little loud. Also, they did not have the condiments like cinnamon or chocolate powder to put over my hot cocoa. Service was prompt and friendly.I may bring ear buds to play my own music.

Always have not so good service!! Last time I went I ordered a hot coffee took forever and my cup was stain with the baristas finger prints. So disgusting. Not going back again.

terrible experience! just went in for a quick pit stop, and despite arriving at 19:50, there was a rude lady who declined to share with us the bathroom code because "we close the bathrooms at 19:30, or 30 mins before close per our manager policy"this "policy" wasn't written anywhere actually and her attitude was unacceptable and very disappointing. that's not a way to treat your customers starbucks!

Friendly and good location. The four star is because I ordered from the drive-through, but it took a long time even though there was only one car in front of me. Hopefully to try again next time.
