Nice bakery, the first time came here! Lots of good pastry selections are sweet and salty. Definitely recommend it. Not a big fan of sweet, but their pastries are fresh and tasty.

Nice selection of cakes, drinks and breads. However, staff are not attentive and show the attitude of “I don’t care”. Ordering a drink, a girl employee said “huh?” two times in two sentences.

Great place for all your bakery needs. Got really fresh and great looking cakes and all the baked goods. They got too many drinks options, many different types of teas. Probably will be getting our next cake from here.

We were here for afternoon coffee/tea and cakes, I also bought a lot of pastries to bring home as breakfast. The casher did not ask how sweet I would like my bobba tea (a common practice) and I forgot to mention. We told her we'll have the drinks and cakes on site. The tea turned out to be way too sweet, I couldn't taste the tea and couldn't finish it. She also place the cakes directly on the tray that we used to put wrapped pastries on, which looked unwashed with prior customers' debre on it (that was the cleanest one I could find, since the pastries were wrapped, I thought it was tolerable until our cakes were placed right on it with only the thin and barely fitted cupcake papers separating the cakes and the tray).Very disappointed, this used to be one of my favorite places for casual coffee/tea and cakes. Cake tasted ok, but how I had to eat it without even a paper plate and with a tiny sample spoon spoiled the experience.

For any special occasion or celebration.. when you are looking for cakes, pastries or any sweet treat, one of those few names that comes to mind is 85C. They have fresh, soft and yummy baked goods that would cater to the diverse set of palates. Today, we were looking for exquisite options so we bought the following pastries : Chocolate, Mango, Strawberry and Black Forest along with Mango Roll. Looking forward to the family reaction and enjoying the occasion.

Went in to buy a drink and get a free bread. Bread was still in the oven. Cashier said 5 minutes. I waited 20 and then apparently she had no knowledge that I was waiting even though she was the cashier so she sold all of them to someone else.I had to wait another 25.Total it took one hour for me to finally leave.I will never go again.I’d rather drive out to Milpitas. Also, the bread feels raw in middle.Drinks have a lot of ice as well. 3-4 sips and done.Greedy establishment.

I ordered a Mango Mousse Cake for pick-up at 11:00 am. I arrived at 10:45 am and was informed the cake was not ready. I was also informed it's not ready because I'm early and that I indicated an 11:00 am pickup. There was heavy emphasis on me putting down an 11 am pick up. Really? So you have 15 minutes until pick up time, when would you start getting the cake ready? There was barely anyone in the store. Anyway, got the cake after 5 minutes (they did say it would take 5 minutes) and the cake was good. This is our second time getting the mango cake here. Would come back again and I guess I won't come early to pick up anything.

This bakery sells very good desserts. I usually come here to buy their Blueberry Cheesecake since cheesecakes are my favorite type of desserts. My parents bought all sorts of desserts. Tried the Matcha Chocolate bun and can feel the chocolatey flavor inside. It's really a good place to stop by and try some Asian snacks.

Great place for Asian style bakery plus drinks and to top off lunch! They do a good job of labeling allergens in case you need to avoid eggs, milk, etc. Otherwise, plenty of choices to satisfy your sweet tooth - which the Taro buns does for me!

Good morning,I made 3 separate purchases on Sunday at the 85 degrees bakery at Pacific Commons. I couldn't believe how rude the girl was that took my order. Secondly, I noticed that the people serving the food don't wash their hands after dealing with the cash register and that is very unhygienic. In one of my orders I bought 2 cakes and when I ate them at home they were stale and upset my stomach. And one of the purchases I made I bought some treats for my friend to take home and she also became sick from eating the food I bought her. I would like a full refund for my inconvenience.Thank you
