I cried when I found out that Ajisen was closing in Fremont. I've only gone here once and fell in love with the fast-paced street food style ramen that was quick and easy. I got the Paiku-Man ramen which was amazing! The noodles were super good along with the bamboo and brisket. The soup was also really really good as well and the spring onions really added color and flavor alongside the wood ear. The portions were really good for the price point and I was in and out in 30minutes with less than 10minutes of waiting. It is a shame that it's closing but I will be going to SF for my Ajisen fix from now on!

Great ramen but they have been closed the last 2 times we came here. There chairs are stacked up and there are boxes on the table. What a dissapointment! They should update their hours or listing so people know they are closed. Their door doesn't even have any notices either!. Grrr

We went on Tuesday at around 11:45am but it was closed. They were closed last Wednesday as well... No answer on their phone. The website stated that they were open from Tuesday to Sunday. Maybe they are closed permanently... I liked their Ramen when they were open T.T

My go to please for a good bowl of ramen. The problem is their hours of business is somewhat unstable. They were recently closed for a month for some remodeling and I was told that they might be closed again next month. Make sure to call before going.

Great ramen but not very good service. Their ramen is tasty and the price is good for Bay Area. However their server isn't so good and the cleanliness of the restaurant is poor.

It's very small so it's easy to bypass it! It has hands down in my opinion best ramen noodle spot in Fremont! Always have a good experience with eating here or take out!

Our go to place for ramen for at least the last 10 years. Consistent, flavorful and savory soup base and noodles with the perfect blend of toppings. My personal favorite is the Paiku-Men with premium tender ribs.

I ordered "premium pork ribs" that what they called. Is all straight trash! They boiled to soy sauce and nothing else. Every body can do that. I wasted my 34$ all the food is nasty. Not gonna come back in here. The menu looks good but once they served it u gonna say "wtf is this shhhit!

Been a staple ramen place for me for years now! Never fails to get the premium pork ramen. Charshu can be a little fatty, but it is always flavorful and tender.

MOST RECENT UPDATE: They are closing for maintenance until end of July. So we drove 30 minutes to try this place for the first time, then the paper sign said they are closed for maintenance until end of July . They should have updated their hours so customers don't waist time.

The best ramen in. The area by far. Get the volcano sauce! The number 1 is to die for!
