No star if possible. I waited half an hour and my food didn't come out. I checked with a staff and he promised the order was in. Another half an hour later, another staff told me there was a problem and the order was missed. What's the problem?

Wish i could give a negative five stars here. Worst customer service! Ruined my family's Friday dinner!

Business was ran bizarrely, no wait-list for seating so the server was just calling random people to be seated (?), Had to wait an hour or so for food, which ended up being the wrong order, after correcting the order, it was still missing items that we ordered. The manager claimed that they are short on kitchen staff, but had no problem fulfilling online orders. Table next to us left after 40 min of waiting without any food. The food itself was okay, nothing spectacular, avoid at all costs. Took us near 3 hours from arriving to leaving, you would think it's a 7 course Michelin star meal, pretty much wasted an entire night trying to eat some mediocre food

You might find their menu a bit pricey, but honestly they got some pretty fair price when you compare here with other Chinese BBQ places around the SF Bay. Worth the 2 hours drive. Owner and servers are great with conversations if you speak Chinese.

Holds a special place in my heart. The lamb skewers, crispy spicy chicken and intestine are my favorite. I want to try the hot pot again. I've visited several times while living in the bay. Always gotta visit when I come back.

We ordered a beef dish, but seemed like a chicken/pork dish. We asked them twice and they confirmed it's beef. Not sure about you, but we've never seen beef looks white as cooked chicken/pork.

Yesterday was our first time in this fine restaurant. But It is absolutely not the last. We enjoyed the evening a lot with the courteous service, with the excellent food and wine and with the honest pay. We will absolutely visit there soon.

Best lamb skewers in Bay Area.

late night coming here and decided to just eat without taking picture. service is not bad and the taste for foods basically a bit spicy and no other taste such as sweet or salty or whatsoever. the thing that i think need improvement is time consuming for serving the foods to customers. i ordered more about ten varieties of skewers but they come one by one and taking almost an hour...

Very authentic northern chinese flavors and one of the tastiest I've had in the Bay area! Definitely try out the lamb dry pot and the steamed bun skewer.

Bad take out service. I made a phone order and they told me it will be ready in 30mins. I arrived on time but they said they need another 15mins to prepare the food but they didn't. I finally got my food 30mis later than the initial expected time.

Terrible service. These guys have no faith! I drove a long way here with them telling me that I have to wait for 40 min. I came back again after 40 min seeing him serving some guys just came by. And then they cliam they never promised there is a 40 min waiting time. I know they want to make money as fast as possible. But you can not predict what they gonna serve you for quick money given such behavior.

SO GOOD! This was my first time trying Chinese skewers, and at first I was skeptical, but 3 days later and I'm still thinking about them! When I think "skewers" I was expecting plain, boring, and little flavor. I'm slightly salivating just thinking how yummy these were! I have tried a skewer place in Cupertino as well, not sure if it's the same others have mentioned, but I was not a fan at all. I think it was a Japanese restaurant, but the flavor was just MEH. Back to BBQ Factory. I wasn't expecting the "numbing" spice, and I LOVE that type of spice! What's funny, is the flavor used on the skewers was similar to that of a hot pot flavor I'm not fond of. I like to describe that particular flavor as "taco seasoning". HOWEVER, on skewers, it works. So far I only got to try the beef, fried tofu, steamed bun, and eggplant. Beef was alright, nothing too special. Fried tofu was really yummy. Steam bun was also very yummy!! THE EGGPLANT.... BEST eggplant I've tried, I LOVED it! My friends ordered one of the dan dan noodles, not sure which, but I tried some and that was also SO GOOD. I plan to order that myself next time. My other friend had the fish balls, which I ordered but I think my friend ate them by mistake and I didn't ask for more. However my friends said they were amazing, and I really wish I ordered them. Staff is SUPER friendly and helpful!!!! I kinda get people not liking the service, but we took a long time to decide what to order anyway so it didn't bother me they waited for us to flag them down. Food actually came out at a decent pace. Staff made good recommendations when asked. And I'm itching to come back and order more skewers! TLDR: Don't think, just come eat. Friendly staff, food came quick. Skewers menu: order the eggplant, fish balls, steamed bun and fried tofu. Order some dan dan noodles, I don't know which one, but they're awesome. Come hungry.
