Nice little dumping place. But food was “bigger” than other places. Dumplings were bigger, noodles were longer.

Good food, excellent service, moderate prices. There is room for improvement with the atmosphere of the sitting area. I will be back, enjoy the noodles.

Bing's Dumplings has very authentic pork soup dumplings and "spicy and sour noodle soup with minced pork and potatoes". Bing's pork soup dumpling is at lease same or even better than Shanghai's famous "NanXiang" pork soup dumpling. The spicy and sour noodle soup is originated from China's ShanXi province, I had lived in it's capital Xi'an for a few years and had my first "spicy and sour noodle soup with minced pork and potatoes" there. The potsticker is also yammy. We always comes back to Bing's for the nostalgic food:-)

My husband and I are always hunting for food so our fav dumpling place in Fremont was closed so we decided to try a new place. Food tasted delicious, but next day after eating it I got up sick with a weird taste in my mouth, burping, and with stomach ache and bloated , which has been here for three days now and seems like it's getting worse. I ate only pork dumpling, so I'm assuming the pork in the dumpling was not fully cooked? I didnt eat anything before or after this meal, so I'm 100% positive I got sick there. It's a bad experience for such delicious tasty food. I believe restaurants should monitor quality control so customers can be safe.

The spicy beef soup was good, not too spicy. The beef was very very tender. Pork soup dumpling was very juicy.

Bing's has decent soup dumplings. Their noodles are also fresh and clearly hand made. However, the food's presentation needs serious improvement, especially the way everything is served in paper cups and trays. The problem with paper cups is that it is difficult--and potentially dangerous--to drink hot tea from it. The paper trays, although easy to cleanup, funnels a sense of cheapness to the entire restaurant. That's ok if the prices match the situation, but Bing's is clearly disregarding those rules and still charges a premium for the food ($20/bowl noodles) despite serving them out of cheap bowls & plates. Solid place for dumplings but you need to come early - space is very limited. They serve a nice big pot of hot tea, but you can request cold water. I really enjoyed the pork soup dumplings and cucumber salad. They are perfectly soupy and the dumpling wraps are steamed and sealed to perfection. It's kind of quirky that everything is served in plastic bowls and plates, but it reminds me of authentic street food in that sense. The environment is pretty fast casual, even though the food is not. The menu is pretty simple but there is definitely a large variety of noodles, dumplings, and more.

Delicious .. I think the XLB here is about as good as DTF. The string beans are good too. However, the custard pig buns were a bit dry and too doughy I would skip it next time.

Came here for the hand pulled noodles, but stayed for the XLB. Their spicy beef noodle soup was good, but some depth was lacking the the broth. I had to add some soy sauce. The noodle was the star of the bowl with its bouncy texture. However, their XLB was really soupy and tasty.

Don't let the paper plates and utensils fool you!! Been here a few times and the food is very consistent. My top favorites are definitely the Soup Dumplings and Tomato & Egg Pulled Noodles. The noodles are so fresh!!! I also tried their Pork & Chive Dumpling with chili oil and wow was it packed. They're not shy with their fillings for their dumplings AT ALL. You will definitely walk out happily with a full stomach. Also tried their custard bun which was a bit doughy without much custard as I'd like. But overall this is such a gem and one of the best eats in the area.

Get the hand pulled noodles!!! You will not regret it. I'm not even big on noodles, but they were so soft and silky. Of course the crab xia long bao - incredible. The hand pulled noodles and xia long bao are where it's at!!
