My first trip to Blaze was rather meh.We went for lunch on a Saturday afternoon, and the toppings were rather tired looking. I expected fresh toppings in preparation for the weekend. The staff preparing the pizza looked rather bored and tired themselves. However, I noticed that they took pains to separate out the artichoke leaves so they are spread evenly and cook evenly. The toppings were rather meagerly served. I took one star off food and service..I selected the cauliflower crust which was good. I then picked the garlic pesto sauce which was very oily and the final pizza was drenched in oil, with the oil even gathering in the paper below it. I took another star off food for that. I opted for no cheese, and there was enough oil on the pizza that the cheese was not missed.I had an offer for free cheesy bread with large purchase, and that was amazing ? It was certainly a good marketing idea to offer their best product for free, as the pizza was just average.Atmosphere was fine. It wasn't very crowded, maybe due to rains.I would go again in a pinch, but it's not some place I would especially think of going.Vegetarian options: They have a veg lovers pizza, a pre-specified combo. You can also "build your own pizza", and ask for whatever toppings you want, making it vegan or vegetarian.Though the staff are careful not to mix the toppings in the bins, they are less careful about it on individual pizzas. They had three pizzas being assembled at the same time, and the staff were crossing over to get to the toppings, making me nervous about some meat falling on my pizza. None did, though, so it was all good.Dietary restrictions: I didn't see any cross contamination happening, but I also didn't see too many precautions around it. If you have severe allergies, you might want to see the place yourself before you eat there. You might want to check out the menu and place a pretend order online, to understand the ingredients in the crust, etc. The website explains it nicely, and you won't have to hold up the line in the store.Parking: Parking is towards the back entrance of the store. There was enough parking when we went on a rainy weekend afternoon. Better to carry an umbrella as the walk around to the front could make you wet.Kid-friendliness: I didn't see anything specifically kid-friendly. It's a standard restaurant and kids can be accommodated as usual.Wheelchair accessibility: The entrance is on the first floor, wheelchair and stroller accessible.

The food tastes fresh and good (minus the old wilted lettuce). The service was SUPER slow and it seems everyone was burned out from pi day because it took around 30 minutes to get through the 2 people ahead of us and get our food ordered.

I think the reason they call it Blaze is because the employees must Blaze it up during work hours.Blaring loud music so you can't even have a conversation. The cashier didn't realize there was 2 orders then walked off after the first one.The staff preparing the food looks totally comfused when making your food. Plus I do believe you have to wear a hat when working in a kitchen setting, which several didn't have one on.Evidently they need new management at this location.I won't be coming back .

Very understaffed. 30+ minutes waiting in line. At the end they messed up and gave my pizza to another customer, had to wait even longer. Couldn't make it on time for lunch :(

I normally enjoy blaze, but lately I can’t even get served. Tonight we went around 630pm (on a tuesday), and they wouldnt serve us because of all the incoming online orders.Thats ridiculous, the oven takes multiple pizzas, they take like 5 minutes to cook, and if people keep coming in and complaining about their online order not being ready, implement a system where it notifies the orders done. Or heck, put another oven in. But as it stands, u show up, ur the only person in the whole restaurant, and u cant be served even 1 order ahead of the online orders? The service is just generally bad as well. They wont skimp on toppings at least, but i’ve never gone in where there weren’t obviously new employees. Management here must be terrible.Total mismanagement on the operational side. Its an assembly line system, 4 people are standing at the register futzing around on random tasks. Learn to station people correctly so they arent just wandering, and maybe u could handle ur incoming orders.

Pizza was ok but not as good as previously when we have come in. Dough was very dry and toppings did not taste like they were fresh before cooked. Ordered online and picked up right as it was coming out of the oven. Staff member put the boxes up on the counter and then avoided looking at or talking to us.

this place was terrible, trash everywhere. The manager was very rude and had a condescending voice and once he didn't quiet hear what we said he would respond " WHAT ".LOL don't come here unless you want rude service

Just like any other blaze location, pick your toppings and take a seat while they bring you your pizza. If you've never tried this style of pizza, don't expect gourmet, but probably better and more fun than say dominoes. I won't list all the topping and sauce options. Just look online. None of the employees seemed very happy to be there and service was definitely not their strong point. That being said, no one was mean or rude and I got what I wanted with no issues, so I have them 4 based on expectations. This isn't 4 Star pizza, but 4 stars out of a possibility le 5 stars of what the blaze experience could be and for the price. 11.95 for all the toppings you want. I had a t mobile Tuesday deal for $5 off on top!

Forgot half my order and spend an entire hour reminding the workers to finish my order. The cheesy bread was also extremely powdery on the bottom. Definitely wasn't worth for this shitty ah pizza.

dough not fully cooked, waited over an hour for 3 pizzas, forgot half our pizza, didn't tell us when the pizza was done,
