We are working on a project down the street from this place, so we recently started going to this particular location.The self-ordering kiosk gives you a 20-25 minute wait time but we’ve been in and out within 10-15 minutes the last 3 times we’ve been there.The staff could be a little bit less serious and more welcoming but they are not rude either so I am not gonna hold it against themAll the drinks we’ve tried so far are really good. We haven’t tried their food.No restroom and parking is scarce to say the leastParking: This shopping center is always packed and it is hard to find parking at all times

The wait time for food and drinks was around 20 minutes, and I was the only person who walked in at the time.The drinks were loaded with more milk than necessary. I also purchased the fried banana and thought the girls put condensed milk over top, but because they were messing around and talking so much, it was honey mustard! ?

Drinks are mid. Passable if you're just trying to satisfy a craving. But their snacks? LOVE. Popcorn chicken, calamari/fried squid, & deep fried Oreo's are AMAZING.

This used to be my favorite spot but not anymore. I got a Thai tea boba and I could only taste the milk and had zero tea flavor, when I requested them to redo my drink, they gave me the exact tasting drink. Not sure if they even tried to remake that. I had to throw the drink away as it was unbearable to drink that.There are way too many tea shops around the area to waste your money here. Do not recommend this place.

Took 25 mins on an average day to make 3 snow drinks, and that too incorrect (all 3 drinks). LItchi (as they spell it), is completely flavor less, Passionfruit was below average compared to other Boba's places. Don't recommend going here at all!

I have been going to Boba Queen for the past 10 years because 1. we're neighbors 2. their food selection is actually above decent BUT I feel driven to express my disappointment with the quality in their drinks over the past few years. I always order the same drink (Black Milk Tea with small boba). I used to rave about how delicious this place makes their milk tea but over the past two years I have walked out feeling disappointed in the taste. My guess is they have opted for a cheaper brand of tea base because it tastes so much blander and watery. I have tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt but they are constantly out of small boba and other items. Boba Queen will always have a special place in my heart but now I am hesitant to return.

Their sweetness levels are true as read, well done! I have gotten the 0% jasmine milk tea which was delicious and a 25% strawberry matcha latte which was good but very slightly grainy. The boba is soft chewy and sweet - great. Price is pretty good compared to other places

I have to give a review on this for the guy who picked up the phone. I was about to order for pick up. Kids were pretty loud in my car. I couldn't hear him much but I did say "sorry my kids are loud". I was asking him something but I could hear his response. And when I asked him again you can hear his voice pissed off and said "I asked you this 3 times" and puts the phone down. So much for customer service. Of course I didn't call back as I wouldn't want my day to be ruined by someone who's obviously going through a bad day. There are so many other boba places around them, I just wanted to try them out since this was on my way.. will never try this ever. 3.5 star place won't be a miss out for me.

Came here for boba today, said they were out of big boba, which I have noticed most times they are out. Tea is ok at first, but all the sugar is at the top then after it’s very bitter, I made it half way with 100% sugar and it was too bitter to handle. Boba quantity in drink was not much, even though we ordered small boba. Do not recommend this place.
