A guy here put a fly in my soup and never resolved the issue. Just told me to take it or leave it.

After they opened it in Northern California for a few years, I felt that it was no longer so delicious because of the changes in ingredients and the taste of the dipping sauce.I tried Fremont again today and was pleasantly surprised to find that it was much better than four years ago. Dipping sauce is much better and more meat now .$20 for lunch , come with drink , rice or noodle your choice. Will get this restaurant 3.5 star

The food is okay. But my takeout was missing fermented tofu and rice, and this isn't the first time. I recommend checking for missing items when getting takeout.

Great food. Affordable. Taiwanese Spicy broth is VERY spicy even from average South Asian/Indian standard, but really REALLY good. Worth the burn!Almost no vegetarian option. Veggie hot pot is not very good, but that is the case in almost all hot pot place.

We’ve been eating here for the past years. There is a significant decline in store management and food quality over the years. Each time we visit, we got worse services and the food portion got smaller.During the latest visit, the meat ball tasted funny and we got missing items even after repeated reminders to the waitresses. Our toddler took the sauce bottles out of the tray and aligned them on the table and the waitress immediately came to ask us to put the bottles back to the tray. Our toddler got off the chair to fetch his toy that fell on the floor. He wasn’t walking or running around. The waitress again came over to ask him to stay on his chair at all times. My son then got upset and started sobbing and explaining that he was only trying to get his toy. It feels awful as a parent to have to be lectured on how to discipline your child. We also almost walked out without paying the bill because no one came when we tried to get the check at the table. We later waited 10mins at the cashier before we finally got our check because the cashier lady simply ignored me lol

It was my first time trying a place like this where you are served your own individual hotpot with delicious food inside. Loved

The service was pretty good. They constantly checked on us to see if we need more water or napkins. The flavor was like the one I had in Irvine, very authentic Taiwanese little hotpot. Would definitely come back again!

The food is OK, but the service is just pathetic. They are friendly, but just didn't seem to care much or had any trading. My waitress brought us 3 glasses of water, but just left them at one corner of the table. She didn't even cared to place each glass in front of each customer. The stinky tofu hot pot is wayyyyyy watered down; there was barely a hint of stinky tofu. They flavors were good, but no where near authentic.

I come here a lot since I mean what's not to like about BP but when there's a large volume of customers this particular restaurant really struggles. I literally had to wait 30 minutes for my order and they still managed to screw it up twice. They forgot to add the glycerin for one and the other they did a spicy when we asked for nonspicy. The service is respectful but gosh, their management of day to day operations is really mediocre.
