Food is pretty good, albeit pricy for what it is. The amount of time it takes to make a simple sandwich, with a full staff and no long lines, is kinda absurd, though.

Very bad service to pick up the server by address, by employees and administrators.

Love this Boudin restaurant! The location is convenient, located in central Fremont. Staff is very friendly and check out is quick. Food quality is consistent and their signature claim chowder served hot in the bread bowl is much better than the canned soup or from Costco. The restaurant is really clean and seats are comfortable. The dining experience is excellent!

$13+ for a small sandwich and what is basically a costco salad is a rip off.

Not too happy with the food at this place. Sandwiches need more meat. Burgers are nothing special. Salads are decent. Kinda pricey.Parking: Too many stores and not nearly enough parking.

Went to get a clam chowder bread bowl. Waiting for what felt like 10 mins (the ladies ahead of me took a long time) then as it was my turn, the immediately asked, who else is getting bread, and I’m like well I want a bread bowl and soup, they said how about sliced. And the lady behind me was getting a sourdough. They start helping her, and I’m like just standing there. And she was like don’t worry your next, but starts prepping the other ladies order. And I’m like okay. Like just help the customers in order, or else, why is there even a line? Just did not feel like customer service was helpful so I just walked out. If someone doesn’t want my business then so be it. No need to say anything. Will never go back. Not worth it.

My mom has been craving the clam chowder in the sourdough bowl for a while. Someone recommend this place to me as it’s know for its good food.First when we arrived it was hard to find a table to sit in because a lot of the dishes needed to be picked up. Which I understand if they’re low on staff.Second when we received our food the bread was cold ?? Like stale cold and not warm at all. I think my mom only had a couple of spoon full before she was done. It made sense why there was so much bread left over in the other tables. The bread is hard to eat.I expected the bread to be warm or toasted to help the butter melt over it. No sure if this something I have to ask for.I ordered a pepperoni pizza and it was not great. It tasted like frozen pizza heated up. I genuinely think pizza my heart is 100x better than what I ate.Anyways our experience was so disappointing. The one good thing I would go back for are the macadamia nut cookies, those were delicious!! And so soft. But yes as for the food, personally I would not go back. I was shocked.

Boudin has the best sandwiches, soups, and salads. Its main location is obviously in San Francisco, but there is also one in Fremont. This location is clean everytime I come here.I usually have half combo with Clam Chowder and Turkey Cranberry Sandwich since it’s only around 600 calories.Never bother to really try other items, but I know that they taste good based on what I tried so far.

Food is always good but today's cashier needs to work another shift. How do you leave a new cashier that still needs training alone during the lunch hours? People do need to go back to work on time.
