We had water spill on our table, when we asked someone to wipe it, the server threw napkins on our table. I didn’t expect him to clean it by himself but I thought he would at least help. After that, we asked for water, the server responded by walking past us, even though she obviously heard us. Overall, it’s an amazing place to go with someone who needs a humbling. 2 stars

Changing my rating from 4 to 1. They charge extra for free veggies and sauces in person than online. I showed them my online order and in-person order to compare. But they still not ready to listen to me and said I had to pay up. One person seemed like the boss even mocked me that I was making fuss about 1$. Event their hospitality manager said its different in person and that is the norm everywhere. They ridiculed me, wasted my time and insulted me even if I was showing them them below images, Guys please stay away from this branch they are fraud. They charge me extra, fight with me(5 against me) and when they see that its their fault, they mock me for making fuss about 1$. Check for yourselves. Never going back to this place again. Horrible place. I should have been getting 8 free addons as per the online order but they gave me only 5 items for not one, but two orders. Also I was expecting my order in 20-30 mins but they still made me wait 15mins more. I knew their dining service is slow but even to-go service is not good.Update: want to change my rating to -1 since they always mess up my pick up order

Ordered loaded bird dawgs. Just a chicken tender between two hot dog buns. No onions, green onions, needed a microscope to find if there was any cheese or sauce. Drier than the Atacaama desert. They should rename it to ‘Unloaded bird dawgs. Never buying here again.

We ordered through bww official website and paid through credit card , when picking up the manager said the district manager told not to give my order. No cancellation , no email or phone call that it has been ordered. She also mentioned they got scammed, but in reality we got scammed for not getting our order. At the end she agreed to refund back our money , we have to put our last 4 digits of credit card, not instantly. This is bad business practice.

Extremely loud inside. Food took forever to came out and it seemed to be prepared incorrectly and it was hard to tell what was what on the wings. The sauces ran into eachother and the carrots were old. The service was extremely slow- we were only checked on maybe 5 times over two hours. We had to go looking for a box for leftovers and ordering and payment is done on your phone.Vegetarian options: Very few if any, they would maybe have a saladDietary restrictions: Not gluten friendlyKid-friendliness: There is a kids menu but the seating isn't particularly child friendly and it's sports bar vibes.Wheelchair accessibility: There's a ramp near the front, wheelchair accessible tables, and plenty of handicap parking

Got there about 1:15 ordered $12 lunch special to be charged full price because they waited to bring the food out till about 1:45 and then when she ran the tag it was almost too the food was cold the service sucked and all around I do not recommend this specific

The wings were overly salty for my taste; I would have preferred if they hadn't poured the sauce directly on them and instead served it on the side.
Came to buffalo wild wings after the NFC championship game. There was barely anyone there and the service was slow. Our waiter was amazing and the manager came to check on us a couple times. But the person that brought our drinks out gave us paper cups and told us to serve the foundation drinks ourselves. We thought that was kind of weird. I mean it's buffalo wild wings not wing stop. Then when they brought out the fried pickles they were all clumped together so we sent them back. Overall not the best experience but we go back for the wings that are always good.

I love the ambience, chicken wings with Thai curry sauce, Draft beer etc. The place is filled with TVs placing sports. Amazing place to hangout with friends. I can see families also coming.

Food for 2 of our party took 30 minutes. Fries were overcooked. Food for the 3rd person took over 45 minutes. Onion rings were cold and undercooked. No service provided.

I am a very big fan of Buffalo Wild Wings since my college days but now I am loosing interest just because of their serviceI tried multiple times in Fremont location but they disappointed again and again with their life time lazy serviceNever go here if you want to finish your dinner in less than an hour, I waited more than 15 minutes even after eating with absolute delayed serviceOf course taste and quantity also differed a lot compared to pastI will never visit this again

Went there to watch the Superbowl by myself. There were no seating options, and there was nobody in charge of seating, so it was really awkward funding a place to sit and order. I found a spot in the corner, and although it wasn't a place for customers, the bartender took pity on me and allowed me to stay there. She was very kind and placed my order. None of the other servers even acknowledged me. She did and made my time there great. She kept checking in on me and made sure I got served. The place was packed and loud. Great Superbowl environment. The wings were great, and I decided to order the Ultimate Nachos also. Better make sure you're hungry because those were really big. I couldn't finish them.
