Worst outlet, the person whoput our bowls together she did not even put enough quantities. I had to ask multiple times to add more. Still they were adding as if I am taking from their plate. They were out of guacamole and I could see other person behind her making it. They did not even offer to add it later. Very rude!! On asking for manager they said company is asking us to control portion. Wth.Look at the portion size!

All I wanted was to order a quesadilla and the employees were making a huge fuss about it and did not heat the tortilla and put only a pinch of cheese on the quesadilla. The tortilla to cheese ratio is outrageous. I was not even asked about sides and before paying I had to ask myself if it came with sides and when I finally got the sides, there was a thimble full of each on the plate. I have been to plenty of other chipotles and have never had any of these issues; the employees have always been kind and accommodating, so I know this is not an issue with the company, but the staff. I have nothing against chipotle, but will never enter this store again.

I have been to many chipotle locations, this one is the worst amongst all. Too little serving sizes and longer wait times.
Landed at Chipotle at 7pm and after ordering 5 bowls they say we ran out of Lettuce and there is no other replacements allowed. So much for fake publicity on serving everything fresh when there is nothing to serve. 15 grocery stores within 5 mile radius who sell lettuce yet these guys have utmost high standards on WE DONT CARRY FREEZERS….

Employees were super rude before I was able to pick up the order, and they made the burrito so badly that it seems like they have never set foot in a kitchen let alone cooked, the tortilla was somehow stale at the edges despite the tortilla looking uncooked, they put all the sour cream at the bottom of the burrito, less than a handful of lettuce, and gave s super small container of queso when I ordered the large chips and queso. The crew on Saturday January 13th evening has no idea what they are doing and are beyond incompetent and rude.
