I wanted to make my adopted son's birthday extra special, so I ordered his favorite ice cream cake a day in advance. Imagine my shock when I arrived during normal business hours to find the store closed! No other location could replace his cake in time, and his disappointment was heartbreaking.This is completely unacceptable. Was this due to a missing employee, bad management, or a broken website? Regardless, Coldstone ruined a special day. Management needs to address the serious issues that caused this major failure.

I love coldstone in general but this spot is absolutely my favorite! I go there so often I can literally walk in and say “I’ll take the usual” hahaThe owner, whom I’ll call Z, is super nice and incredibly hardworking! The ice cream is always fresh and the place is kept very clean. Highly recommend! :)

I like this place. Is cream is decent, but pretty pricey. It does have amazing ice cream cakes. The best I have ever had. Its atmosphere is quite nice and the workers are friendly. Good location too.

unfortunately the male staff he was full beard and wearing specs and he was very rude person and he did not even given sample to taste and after that i want to purchase chess i cream but he refused to take order and miss behave with me or another customer as well.
My experience was fine! Out of nostalgia, I went with the banana ice cream mixed with chocolate chips (it was just as good as I had remembered). The banana ice cream was rich and thick with banana flavor infused all throughout and the addition of the chocolate chips provided a nice crunch/bite. The "Like It" portion was pretty generous. Service was fine. I do think that they could improve the ambiance of the interior to make it brighter and more welcoming to sit in.

Do not support this location. The customer service was extremely bad. Looking at the comments, I see that I was not the only one who had to experience such rude behavior. As soon as my family walked through the doors the workers rushed to the back so that they did not have to give us service. Excited to get ice cream; We patiently waited. Then, one rude employee, with his hands in his pockets, would not let us sample the ice cream flavors, stating that we had to buy the ice cream first. If we didn't like what we bought we would just have to throw the ice cream away without a refund. He stated that that same day corporate made a rule that you cannot sample flavors. We decided to leave and as we were exiting, the rude male employee made a very snarky comment.We went to another location where we were treated much nicer.
