My recent visit to Daily Bagel Cafe left me somewhat disappointed. While the atmosphere was cozy, I couldn't help but notice that the ingredients weren't as fresh as I'd hoped. Additionally, the shop's lack of overall cleanliness was obvious. The bagels themselves lacked the freshness I typically expect from a bagel shop. They were a bit stale and overall lacked freshness. The real letdown was the avocado spread. Not only was it clearly not fresh, but it was also disappointingly black. Evidently, the avocado had been sitting out for too long, leaving a less-than-desirable taste in my mouth. I do not recommend it this place.

They charge you $3 for cutting a dozen of bagels. Should it be free? And I don’t like that they don’t tell you the cutting fee until I see the bill. I could have chosen no cutting to save $3.They do have the best sesame bagels. The sesames are all over both sides of the bagels. Other stores only have sesames on top.

Don’t waste your time here.Came on a Saturday morning at 10 and the line was so supremely slow. Took maybe 25 minutes to get through 5 people.Get to the front of the line to a scribbled sign that says “No Apple Pay” when their front door has a tap to pay sign. They also do not accept AMEX, and seem to have a problem with cash as well.Very disgusting inside to top everything off.So upset I wasted my time here!

OVERPRICED.This seemed to be a store once where the owners cared for their customers, but like many food joints post covid their quality or sense of service has gone down quite a bit and the prices almost double. Raw ingredients prices have gone up no doubt but here it seems more like a rip off for the money one is charged here now. I got over toasted bagel, no or barely any cheese, barely any avacado on a veg avacado bagel. Total $16.60 for a bagel, a hot tea and a bag of chips! Go figure.I also don't believe all past reviews are genuine - social media marketing is a common thing these days.

Best bagel in the Bay Area. Jalapeño bagel with jalapeño cream cheese is a must

Brian & Kelly are very sweet! Sandwiches are amazing!! I work at the Everhome office just a few doors away - My favorite has been the turkey with everything on a Sourdough bagel or Sourdough sliced + add sprouts & Avocado!! They have many bagels & sandwiches to choose from, they close at 3p so come by early.

Super rude lady in the front. Does not know how to run a business. With that nasty attitude. 0/10 recommend.

I have #5 turkey sandwich with avocado on a Croissant. The turkey is not too salty like other sandwich places. My daughter loves the fresh bagels that they make fresh all day long. Very reasonable prices! It's almost cheaper to eat here than the price of groceries these days. Very friendly people. Always a line out the door but the service is very quick. I wish they opened later in the weekends.

Food is okay..nothing spectacular or out of this world. You could buy these bagels in Costco and make them significantly better. I used to go here very often a while back and stopped when I realized every time I would walk in the prices would rise BY A LOT..now this was pre-COVID where inflation was not at the point where a small business would raise their prices in such a drastic manner. I always had my speculations that this business was fraudulent but I finally confirmed they were scammers when I walked in and saw the price for a bacon, egg and cheese bagel on regular bagel was listed for $7.85…quite pricy but I was in need of food. I ask the lady how much it will be and she takes a second(to brainstorm a price) then she says $8 then she sees me in pull out a $10 bill then changes her mind and says it’ll be $9 then $8 again then she says it’ll be $8.65. I still paid the $8.65 but just know they will never see me step foot in their shop again. They’re probably really nice people but I don’t put up with this type of behavior plus a bacon, egg and cheese McGriddle meal from McDonald’s is WAYYY better than these bagels, less expensive and they don’t make up their prices on the spot!!

Firstly, the bagels here are amazing. Made fresh in house, nicely crisp outside, and soft chewy interior. They have a wide selection of bagels, spreads, or even sandwich choices (which you could get in sliced bread or a bagel). Pretty much any combination your heart desires! The bagel sandwich is a great choice! Currently seating indoors is closed and all orders are to go. But the staff here are lovely, patient and helpful. Thank you!

this was my go to bagel sandwich shop some years back. prices were $5 a sandwich and quality taste. i think there may be new management throughout the years or something. i noticed prices increased to $7 after some time, and now currently it is $10 a sandwich. the quality and taste of the sandwich is not that good anymore... almost bland, i'm highly disappointed as this used to be my go to spot. price is too expensive for a mediocre sandwich...

What a delightful find! Bagels made fresh daily! Saw that there was a long line and was told their lox bagel was amazing so we decided to try. It smells amazing once you enter inside! The line moves pretty quickly too and the turn around time from order to serve is very quick. Probably a 2min wait. You can order whichever bagel you want with your choice of one of the pre-set menu items or craft your own bagel to your liking. The portions are very generous and the meat is stacked! The flavors all melt together and taste so delicious! The price for a sandwich is reasonably priced and you get what you paid for. I would definitely come back!

Friendly family owned business with several bagel and cream cheese flavors. I had a simple bagel breakfast sandwich with ham, egg and cheese on a sesame bagel, which I enjoyed. My spouse had the blt sandwich on a croissant and to be honest, I had a bite and immediately wish I had ordered that, delicious! Overall good experience, fast service, I will definitely be back.
