Turkish Baqlawa and this sweet is like heaven and earth. You can't compare the American ingredients with the Authentic Turkish or Middle Eastern product. It is a joke.

No one beats my mom's home-made baklava, but Diamond Bakery baklava is the best store bought baklava I've tried!! It's not too sweet and I love how the top layer of filo dough stays crispy for a long time. It's perfect!

I tried their Baklava at San Francisco airport, that was being sold at one of the Mediterranean place near gate F. Hands down, these are the best baklava, I ever had. It was perfect sugary and crunchy and really good balance of nuts as well. I wish they were in DC as well!

The baklava is very sticky. Very sugary. Also I walked in side and I saw cat sized rat. I saw an employee chasing a rat with a broom when I walked in. If you get this baklava you are eating rat s**** They have the big raboo in there.

I was at a local store (abrahams farmers market on 4th and geary) and a man brought in a whole crate of this baklava. And it was still warm! Of course I bought some! Omg it was so perfect! I'm not Lebanese so I can't say too much about how perfectly authentic. It is, but somehow I really believe it is perfectly Authentic. I am now ruined because my baklava standards will be too high!

Their baklava is delicious! And also, according to the ingredients on the box, VEGAN. Best day of my life!

The best baklava I've ever had. Spoke to the one of the owners for a bit and he told me that he actually worked in an actual Lebanese baklava bakery back in their home country of Lebanon so it is amazing to me that they brought their own twist on Lebanese baklava to the Bay Area. They are a wholesale bakery so I recommend ordering ahead and picking up or getting it at one of the many markets they supply to all around the Bay Area. Hands down the most authentic baklava I've ever had and I have had my fair share of baklava! Wish I could give it more stars!

Found Diamond Bakery baklava sold at a nearby Indian grocer. Price was good (3 pack for $2.50), texture was good (crispy and chewy), but flavor was really underwhelming. Doesn't taste like they use butter, which was disappointing. Wouldn't recommend unless you are really craving baklava.

Best baklava I've found in the states so far. I really liked the subtle sweetness and natural flavors.

I bought a box of assorted Baklava at a Crossroads Market in Hayward because they looked good. When I got them home and opened them, I was surprised at how bad they were. I thought maybe they were just old or something. Stupid me for not reading the ingredients! There was the problem- they don't use butter, they use crisco ( hydrogenated soybean oil) or something similar. You can clearly see that in the photo in another review. I just don't understand why someone would go through the painstaking process of making these and use that unhealthy crap instead of butter. I was only going to give one star but since I am to blame for not reading the label, I added a star. I threw them away
