We have family movie nights on Friday and our son typically picks Dominos. We live in a complex that has a single road in and out and live directly on that road. Our front door and unit number are super visible. We have had consistent issues with drivers straight up stealing our order or sayings its "delivered" when it never arrives. Sometimes, it will arrive over an hour past the scheduled delivery time. When I've called to check status of the order because the app says its "delivered" I get told to wait, or I get grilled as though I'm stealing a pizza. Our security cameras are on regularly and record every interaction at our front door and ONLY when I say this do I get resolution. Some of the delivery drivers are SUPER nice, and some of the kitchen staff are AMAZING, but the service I receive regularly from this location has been below grade. I get this is a first world problem but good lord, just deliver my freakin' pizza please.

Got a veggie and chicken pizza along with some tots and a drink. The veggie pizza turned out good, but the chicken pizza was very bad with disgusting smell that couldn't eat a bite. When called the store and complained, they sounded casual and said they can't do anything. I asked if it was fresh, and they said they replace the left outs every 3 days. I even asked if I could bring over the pizza for them to check for the smell and I expected if they could give a replacement but that did not happen and I just to throw the whole pizza box. Would never go back to this store again.

I regret pre-tipping them because their delivery driver said they don't go into buildings. I've never had food delivery drivers refuse to do so. Order from other places who will provide the door-to-door service.

Worst Customer Service at this Domino’s store. I wish I could give them 0 star. I ordered online jalapeno stuffed cheesy bread with no “BACON”. We are vegetarian. When I went to the store to pick it up my order I further asked the asian boy named “Terry” to make sure there is no Bacon and he said I double checked and there is no Bacon but when I reached home and open the box there was Bacon all over inside the bread. I called them to get it back and gave me the new Cheesy bread and have it delivered but they refused to deliver and told me to pick it up again.So again I went back and picked up the order at this store and gave them back the prevoius bacon cheesy bread but the asian guy named “Terry” was so rude and unprofessional with no sorry and showing too much attitude. He handed me the new cheesy bread even they prepared it so messy and looks no cheese on it. The guy “Terry” was so rude and told me that “you can even complaint me and its good so that I can get a new Job”So I just wanna say that to dominos that why you hired these rude people if they don’t know the customer service and even don’t want their jobs. I was regular customer here and it was so disrespectful this time now will never ever go back to this location and will also tell my friends not to go here again.
