Ordered thru the app, got there and was told the plain bagel bites were out and they gave me the everything bagel bites- which I wanted but it wasn't available on the app! Yum!

I used to be able to walk in and out of this place, lately the service has been very bad in the morning. The last time I was here I had to get all of the same donuts because a large party ordered a lot of donuts from what it seemed. Should they have not anticipated this and made more donuts for the regular day? Hopefully things get better here because there’s not a closer one in the area.

I used to frequent Dunkin' all the time on the East Coast, so was happy to find it in the East Bay finally. I'm not a huge coffee/donut person but I would say the prices and options here are a little more affordable and to my tastes than Starbucks. The breakfast wraps in particular are pretty tasty and I love that it's never crowded (hate waiting in long lines, especially in the morning).
