Had lunch here today 4/4/2024. I had the chicken Greek salad. The lettuce was mostly spinach not mixed greens as stated on the menu The cucumbers and tomatoes were cut so small thumb nail size. Like the white part of your thumbnail, not the whole nail. Very disappointing. A tiny sprinkling of feta cheese with black olives. Not Greek olives. Don't spend your hard earned money here. So skimpy. Plenty of other choices. Though I'm not a huge fan of chains Panera would have been a better choice here. Happy eating!

Many crepe options to choose from but we went with dessert options. The pasta as a side is very good with savory crepes, banana freeze is my staple if you love bananas. My La La loo loo crepe was very delicious and although I asked for syrup on the side i definitely didn't need any. The ice cream on the side was also the perfect touch. Highly recommend for a quick breakfast / brunch. After ordering it took around 10 minutes for the food to come out together.

I have no idea how this restaurant got any good reviews, the food is mediocre. We went for lunch, ordered crepes and our dishes were not good. Maybe their dessert crepes are good as well as their other food.

Lots of interesting crepe creations along with fine coffees and teas.

Not the first time I've been here, but it was the first time for the two friends with me. We all liked our savory crepes - Santa Cruz, Santorini, and my Classic, which was better than I remembered! There was a bit of a wait arriving at noon on a Sunday. So go early. Plenty of parking now that Sweet Tomatoes as closed.

This place is unique and a good experience. I do worry about the large menu-- possibly meaning food wastage. (Can they survive?) The desert crepe was fantastic! There wasn't much filling in the savory ones we ordered, but is was filling none the less. They use a lot of feta and don't acknowledge the Greek-ness (or Southern Med.) but that's alright. I think I will go back and try their selection of sandwiches and cold beverages... we went on a cold an rainy night. I miss nostalgic dishes such as crepes and fondues.

Great find for lunch!!!! Tired of burgers? Some of the best crepes we've eaten! Don't miss it!

Ate outside on a sunny spring day. Had a savory crepe and a glass of cabernet. A great way to spend an afternoon. We stayed for over a few hours, it felt like we were back in France. No pressure to move on from the waitress. Ordered mixed berry crepe for desert. Wonderful. We will be back for more and bring friends.

Frodo Joe's is a must-visit if you enjoy crepes. I stopped by for breakfast and the entire experience was top notch. As I sat down to browse the menu, the waitress brought over a carafe of cucumber, mint, and citrus infused water. It was a nice refreshing touch. They have around 40 savory crepes and 15 dessert crepes on their menu. It looks like they could also be made gluten-free. Crepe was top tier. One of the best I've had anywhere in the world. Crepe itself was thin, crispy, and still tightly folded. No skimping on the fillers in my USA Crepe; it was stuffed full of meats (thick cut ham, turkey, salami, sausage), mushrooms, cheese, and sun-dried tomatoes.Sometimes when you see 'premium' ingredients like sun-dried tomatoes  and roasted garlic mentioned, you might only get a few pieces scattered in. Not here! There was enough sun-dried tomatoes and the other fillers to balance out eat bite.Frodo Joe's also serves up freshly made smoothies, made to order. My Berry Balanced Smoothie was blended smooth and not too sweet.Ambience-wise, the cafe instrumentals playing in the background was relaxing and only interreupted occasionally by the blender. All of the service and kitchen staff were all really friendly, not just to customer, but also to each other. It seems like an upbeat, cordial work place, kudos on hiring the right staff.I definitely will be back to try more of their crepes and smoothies. Highly recommended.

Out of multiple places in Fremont for pancakes, we picked this restaurant and the only pancake item they had is La La Loo Loo. This one and only item was super delicious and fulfilling. Thank you Frodo Joe!

Food and service is good here , we sat at the couches next to the cooks, and as we were leaving I saw the prep cook wipe his knife on the garage can to clean it after cutting pineapple, just a heads up ! Maybe retrain your guys on food handling .

Mixed Experience with Ordering Process, Decent Food.My mom and I visited Frodo Joe's Petit Cafe for lunch today (Sunday at noon), eager to try their crepes. We were promptly seated in the back upon arrival but were disappointed with the lack of instructions from our waitress. The QR code on table 7A led us to order through the Clover app, which caused some confusion when our waitress assumed we hadn't ordered yet. The waitress did not check on us after confirming we ordered through the app. Despite this hiccup, the mixed berries crepe arrived fairly quickly, but my order was delayed for 40-50 minutes. Only after flagging down kitchen staff did the manager intervene and resolve the issue. The crepes were tasty, steamed vegetables were of subpar freshness, and side sauces were average, but the prices were reasonable. However, the ordering process needs improvement. Removing or clarifying the QR code system and providing clearer instructions to customers would greatly enhance the experience. Additionally, assertive and clear communication from the wait staff would help newcomers navigate the ordering methods more smoothly. Overall, a mixed experience with potential for improvement.

Wonderful place for crepes of all kinds and more. Lots of savory options and even gluten free of you want. Bacon so thin and delicate you can see through it. Loved our stop this Sunday morning. No wait!!
