The quality has decreased substantially with stale food being served. Please see the video attached. I ordered a takeout today. I took a gold thali with 2 extra baaties. One of the baties was too stale to be broken by hands, a knife or by biting. We have been a regular here. My wife had been calling out the decrease in quality for some time. I did not listen, but now we are no longer going to eat at this place.Old review - Last year 2023We tried Rajasthani thali, Veg Manchurian Gravy and Hakka noodles. We loved the thali, the batis were soft and the churma was fried in ghee and tasty. Hakka noodles were on the kids menu and I loved how they were thinner and softer, adapting the dish for Indian palate. Manchurian had a rich gravy, but quite spicy. Overall we loved everything we tried. However, the place has a limited menu and that is why I could not give it a 5 star.

Love the food and the place. My fav are platinum Thali, gobi m dry and loved their hospitality
Delicious food served in an authentic Rajasthani atmosphere. The platinum Thali was a revelation . Daal bati choorma was soft , soaked in ghee and flavorful with extremely mild spicesThe traditional Rajasthani vegetable dishes and daals are allCooked in pure ghee and with a very low heat indexThe highlight at this place is the monster Thali’sThey are able to combine 2 or 4 Thali into one monster family thaliThe turbans are a fun addition for some good family picsThe desserts are out of this worldPerfect place for a family celebration
Pretty good place to try.Pros - Good Rajasthani food. We went on Sunday with family and got platinum Thali. Daal, jeera rice, and chat were amazing. Kids below 7 eat free in Thaali.Cons - Very expensive. Prices ranges from $23 to $30 a person. The variety of food and options seems very limited for that price tag. I would expect at least 4 curries and khichdi and other condiments for a $30 unlimited Thaali. Also, making Aamras from mango pulp doesnt deserve its place in such an expensive menu.In summary, its surely a great one-time place. But they need to work a ton to get customers to come again and again.
What a great culinary adventure! Wonderful hospitality and delicious cuisine! I highly recommend!

Very good ambiance and service. Love the Rajasthani and indo Chinese food here.We tried, thali, paneer 65, Paneer fried rice, manchao soup, momos haka noodles and rabdi ghevar. All good in taste, kids and adults both can enjoy.A true family style restaurant.Vegetarian options: Veg only restaurant.Kid-friendliness: Family style kids welcome
Feels like Rajasthan..First of all staff welcomes you with colorful Indian turbans (safa) which was delightful. We ordered pure veg Rajasthani thali which had dal Bati and gulab jamun. It was delicious with super soft Bati (kind of bread) and flavorful dal with different curries. At the end the staff generous will offer you a warm bowl of water with lemon for hand wash at your table which is unique for this place (unseen in USA) Overall great hospitality, service and good food.
My stomach still hurts the next day I had this food. Not sure about the quality, but I got severe constipation and uneasiness.

Pros:Authentic or so we felt Rajasthani ambiance accompanied by great service from staff.Loved those turbans for everyone including kids size fit. Also chathris and more aesthetic attractions were in display. There’s a small table with live fire for dining outside. Overall the food was tasty with good and healthy options.Cons:Gulab jamun balls were not properly done.Watch out for this guy with terrible skills who’s shouting at customers for over a confusion in thali items wrongly served. -1 star for this loudspeaker.
