I've been here a couple times and the food is always delicious!! My favorite is the Kao Poont (coconut milk based noodles) definitely a 10/10! Their thai iced tea is also perfectly sweet. I give this place a 4/5 because I ordered a pork pad ka pao but they ended up giving me chicken :( it was still good but I wish it was pork instead. Highly recommend this place and order the Kao Poont!

The waitress didn't bother to acknowledge us when we went to pick up our food. She just sat next to a table in the restaurant and doing nothing. Literally nothing. And she let us waited for more than 5 mins before she talked to us. Apparently we were the only take out order they had at that time and the restaurant is small enough that there is no way she can't see us. I wouldn't have any expectations for the quality of the food comes from a restaurant with that attitude

Ordered lunch (take away) for the first time - Pad Mi Lao chicken (noodles) and Pad Ka Pao chicken(Entre). Noodles could have been spicier/more flavorful. Entre was good. Pretty impressed by the amount of vegetables in each dish. Generally when we order chicken dish we are left wanting for more veggies. Not this place. They did not go skimpy on chicken either. Would definitely order again.

I've been coming here for years especially for their Nam Kao. Prices were decent and last week I went to pick up 2 orders and it was almost $30. Like another Yelper had mentioned, they raised their prices by 20%. For a small portion costing $12.95 is a bit steep so won't be ordering on a weekly basis. I've tried other foods and they were mediocre except for the Nam Kao. There's a restaurant that serves Nam Kao in San Leandro so I'm going to give that a try.

What a joke...I ordered for pick up and when I went to pick up the price was 20% more than on their website. The person I spoke to claimed "we don't have a website", and when I pulled out my phone and queued up greenchampagarden.com they claimed that it wasn't their website despite having their full menu, phone number, and photos of the staff. Needless to say they lost my repeat business.

The website listed on this yelp page " is NOT run by the family. The family says that they have no idea who made this site. As of today 9/6/20, the menu items seem up to date, but all of the prices are off by $1-$3 depending on the dish. The food continues to be tasty and authentic. Expect mild spiciness to come out closer to medium for most taste buds.

Alright so I've came to this restaurant multiple times. It's always the same. The food is good, the prices are decent, & the service is sort of whatever. Covid safety: They now it set up to provide safer service. The front door is locked and there is a small window that you can talk into and get your food from. Today's experience: What I thought was weird today was that I saw a receipt that say $11 and something. So I handed them a & $20. I was going to leave a $5 tip and to make it an easy transaction I had a $5 already in my hand so when I got my change back I could hand it to her at the same time and be on my way. Soo... I go back to my car and I only got $2 and some cents back. However... I also didn't get a receipt so I'm not exactly sure if maybe the receipt I saw in her hand was for another order. No clue. And I didn't want to make a fuss. I really wanted a receipt so I could post it, but here we are. Cons: Honestly I feel like the service here is a little sub par. I was going to try and get the attention of the person helping me when I got my change but they were already in the kitchen. I was tired from a long day, maybe she was too? It just wasn't worth the fuss. I always leave a good tip too, but I never get a smile or anything. It was on service alone I wouldn't come back. They aren't rude, but I definitely don't leave in a better mood than what I arrived with. Pros: The food was great. I didn't have a great experience today but.. I'll definitely be back since it's right around the corner from my house and the food is yummy and affordable.

Just damn good food! I had the crispy spring rolls in the car for 20 min and they were still hot and crispy!

The food here is always sooo good. Always here to support mom and pop shops. Since covid happened my fiancé and I would just call ahead and order take out. We would drive all the way from Hayward to you come eat here. If you are mienh and live in the area this food will definitely make you feel super homey. I always order the sausage, casoy, papaya salad, sticky rice, and slice beef laab. The casoy is pretty good. The papaya salad is a hit or miss. The Lao sausage is sooo good especially dipping the meat into the spicy thopsay sauce. Yum! The sticky rice is always fresh and doesn't taste like it was just microwaved, which is a super big thing for me. The slice labb is pretty good too. I highly recommend coming here.

This is the only Thai food restaurant in this area worth trying. Their service is exceptional and the food was fabulous. We definitely will go back again.

Liked the fact that they have a separate contact free window to pickup food.I ordered two appetizers and two entree dish. Loved the fresh ingredients, good balance of flavors and something unique (Laos preparation). I recommend this place. Located in a corner but really worth trying.

This is my favorite restaurant in the bay area. My partner and I have been coming here for the last five years. It is a family owned spot that makes you feel like you're sitting down for some home cooking. Every dish we have had is delicious. I dream about the fried rice ball salad. Their larp and red curry are some of my favorites. My partner loves the rare beef salad and chicken noodle soup. The staff is so friendly, the restaurant is clean, and the food is consistently tasty. We have lived as far south as Morgan Hill and now in SF...we still make our way here for our Lao food fix! IT'S SO YUMMY!

Been here a couple times, and the place serves satisfactory food. The fact that it's both Thai and Laotian adds interesting diversity to the menu! The environs of the restaurant aren't the prettiest, but the inside feels comfortable and homey, not that this is of any significance during covid19 times lol. The prices aren't cheap but you get a good amount of food. I was craving noodles and got my three favs - pad Thai, drunken, and pad see ew. They really go ham on the fresh vegetables, and they garnish each noodle dish with scallions adding a nice freshness and pop of color. The pad Thai noodles are particularly skinny. A little bit dry, and quite sweet. Wish it were juicier lol. Pad see ew was very well cooked but again, I wish it had been just a bit saucier. The drunken noodle was great! Super strong flavors, the right amount of spice, soft noodles, and lots of fresh colorful peppers. Generous portions of chicken in each dish made me very happy! If looking for something on the healthier side, I recommend their raw papaya salad. This is one of my favorite Thai dishes and it's pretty good here. Nice balance of crunch, sweetness, and acid. Do be careful about the spice level you order - they take their spices seriously. I pride myself in tolerating lots of spice LOL but I don't go further than medium here because I want to be able to taste my food ahahService is eh - they are very terse over the phone and when I picked up the food it was literally just that. no greeting no smiles no nothing lol, but times are hard right now so i get that. Glad I got Green Champa this time to fulfill my routine thai hankering !

Flavor is there but TOO SALTY! I'm one that likes a little bit more salt on my food than others but it completely overpowered the flavor of the food. Luckily I can water down the Thai Boat Noodle Soup but the rest of the food was ruined for me. Maybe this place is a hit or miss but I won't be ordering from here again.
