Best boba place in Bay Area! I have been coming here since they opened (I think back in 2017?)! The owner is super nice and provides amazing service! The drinks are absolutely delicious!! You will miss out if you don’t give them a try!!

Wanted to give this place a try regardless of the ratings. Unfortunately, service is incredibly slow, and they got my order wrong. I paid extra for no ice but received ice.

Came here on a Friday night near closing and it wasn’t too crowded. We ordered the strawberry and mango bingsu and they were both really good, reasonable, and super packed with so much fruit. The lady who made the bingsu was super friendly and nice. I preferred the mango over strawberry, but both were really good.Parking lot is pretty small and tight so you might have to circle round a couple times.

[IN A NUTSHELL] ok boba, confusing "collaboration ", interesting service[VERDICT] - NOT APPROVED [RUN-DOWN] If you're looking for some boba, I wouldn't really recommend this place, at least for milk tea. Their fruitier drinks are good but also I don't know if the fruit drinks are from the pop up or the actual store. I am just confused on which is which or if the pop up is going to stay? I think it'll be a hit or miss if you decided to come here because a lot of things in this place did not some coherent. [SCORE & ORDER] OVERALL: 2.5/5 Create Your Own Drink $5.95 (2.5/5) -dark roast oolong with brown sugar boba -I decided to create my own drink because their menu was small and some of them had some weird toppings and so I just decided I wanted some milk tea and boba. The drink was bland and tasted more of milk than tea. Which I feel a lot of boba shops are doing now. Which was super disappointing. I feel like you can get a good gauge on a boba shop by just a normal milk tea and boy was I disappointed. I would recommend you try your drink and ask for adjustments because they did not get our drinks correct so there was a lot of adjustments needed. Mango Sago Pomelo $Replacement Drink (2.5/5) -mango drink with some pomelo-This was a replacement drink for adding crystal boba into our drinks. I tried it and it was more on the sweeter side since the sweetness could not be adjusted. And the pomelo was super faint which at that point I rather order just the mango sago drink. [SERVICE & ATMOSPHERE](not reflected upon review score): Service was a bit interesting here. You order on a machine and they are also doing a pop up of Sana?? I think is the name. So off the bat, I was confused because it was all on one machine but then it didn't seem like there was much of a difference besides a few items. And so when I asked the person who was working there what the difference was or what did the pop up mean, she just said we have more drinks. Which I thought was interesting because they were using the same ingredients. Anyways, I was really disappointed because I ordered boba in my drink and the person decided (without asking us first) to add crystal boba with our boba and not tell us till after we took a sip. I am not a fan of crystal boba so I sent it back and told her she should not have added it because some people do not like the texture. She then offered me a new drink (which isn't reflected on my review) and that was nice, however that didn't sit well. Yes, I got another drink, but I just wanted my boba... [TIME STAMP]NOVEMBER 2023

This place was actually really good. It's in that little area where T4 used to be next to American Highschool. The lady that was working there was really polite and super nice. It really made being there welcoming. we were supposed to get the mango binsu but she was honest and said the mangos aren't in season and are sour, she recommended the strawberry. I'm glad that we listened. i'm coming back here forsure

Loved the bingsu at this boba and dessert spot! It was a lot more affordable than other places I've had in the bay and the Oreo bingsu was a good size with extra toppings like strawberry and ice cream. The drinks were really sweet but still good and I liked how they had a lot of flavor options. Out of the two we got, I'd recommend the lychee flavor. The service was fast and it was decorated like a cute study spot inside. I'd definitely come here again!

I love the drinks and Bingsu here! No matter what you get it's always delicious. We typically get the strawberry Bingsu and it comes with ice cream and covered in condensed milk. Yummmmmm. It's a small shop so sometimes it gets crowded but never too bad.Must try if you're in the area!

We first saw this place when we were apartment hunting nearby. It was pretty hot that day so we were looking for some tea nearby. When searching on Yelp, we saw that Hot Love Cafe was fairly new and it was close by so we decided to try it out. When I go to boba places, I try to get a drink without caffeine from Sunday through Thursday. I understand that some places don't offer that because they're "tea shops". Luckily for me, Hot Love Cafe had plenty of caffeine-free options! I've always been a fan of any kind of Brown Sugar drinks and I did notice that Hot Love Cafe had a Galaxy Brown Sugar Milk (which is what I ordered).Since it was a hot day, there were a lot of people at the shop. It was actually a little hot inside too even with the door open. They had 1-2 fans going but it was still pretty warm inside. They had a lot of seating like couches and chairs. They also had a few tables where people could sit as well.I wasn't sure if my drink came with boba, but I didn't want boba. I went up to the register and let the barista know that I didn't want boba and she was kind enough to write it on the label that was put on my cup!I know my drink is pretty much only milk and brown sugar, but it was really good! I ordered it with less sugar and I'm glad I did because it was still pretty sweet.Since we've been there, I've gone back there twice! Unfortunately, it's a little far from where we live so we're not able to visit to often. But when we're in the area, we like coming here for a drink!

Love the brown sugar milk with honey boba. The pudding ingredient is included. If you don't or can't have the milk tea brown sugar boba then this is the next best option. It's pretty good that I didn't miss not having the tea version. Boba was also good, not too chewy but chewy enough that it's not mushy. Good size for the price. The bingsoo's looked good and will definitely try it next time.

This is a cool spot we found in Fremont, Ca. They serve milk tea, smoothies drink. The service is quick and the staff is very busy but friendly. Nice place to hang out or just pick up and go. Parking may be tough at certain time of the day like lunch and dinner hours. I'd definitely be back and try other variety drinks!

Good place to hang out in Central Fremont. It smells so good inside the restaurant too! Ordering is easy with their huge tablet. You can also ask the server if you have any questions. Their serving is big and price is affordable. We will definitely come back!
