No longer hot pot bros. They don't have the kbbq, no longer ayce and new staff is rude. Won't be returning, wasn't fond of the business practice of keeping everything the same even though they're entirely different and lowkey tricking people into thinking it's the same place.

This is no longer Hot Pot Bros it is now Nice to meet you. The difference is there’s no bbq anymore and less meat selections in my opinion. One star because I was expecting hot pot bros that have the soups and bbq and got something 100% different.

Great food, great service. Skewsrs in the hot pot are something I never thought was possible, quite interesting and fun actually. Goes to show that when it comes to chinese food, it's never plain or dull.

This store use to be hot pot bros with all you can eat and with bbq and didn’t realize the name change, menu change, table change. I ended up giving it a chance and trying the rebranded or new place now called Nice 2 meet U. Host was friendly and helpful. We were asked to choose our soup base before seating. Hot pot for two people. I ordered half the spicy tallow soup (mild) which was the perfect spice with being brave enough try to be have spicy but not overbearing mala spice type that I cannot eat it. I was indecisive between medium and mild but the host recommended mild since it can be a bit spicy, and so glad I went with his suggestion. I got the herbal soup as the second flavor. Both soups were tasty. As you get to the table, there’s a QR code to scan which primarily is for sliced meats, snacks, appetizers, and drinks. The sauces and fruits are self serve in the center island of the restaurant. Then, stop by and grab a white tray on the counter placed in front of fridge and help yourself to the fridge of skewers of choice: meat, fish, poultry, veggies and more. They also served color trays of seafood, and veggies. The skewers are charged by how many sticks at the end of the bill. I think it’s roughly $0.50 cents a skewer. Just note that the color trays are charged by varying prices from $5 and up from the fridge. I ordered 2 trays of slice beef and 1 order of beef tongue in the QR code at the table. I think 1 tray was good for the beef next time, but I definitely enjoyed the beef tongue more so if I go back I’ll just order the beef tongue only because I enjoy less fat on my meats. I got the honey grapefruit pomelo drink that came in a sealed plastic bottle and I thought it was great pairing with hot pot but I looked at the sugar after and was amazed at the 58g of sugar. Ohh the damage was done lol ?..Gentle reminder to check the menu up front to plan accordingly to what you want to eat if you’re budgeting, and if you’re not, eat until your hearts content. :) Be comfortable with the empty trays being left on your table as that’s how they calculate your bill at the end. There is a bucket on the table to put your used skewers. For the Bill- they charge per soup, sauces, got 1 drink , four seafood trays, 2 trays of veggies, ~ 36 skewers, 2 trays of sliced beef, 1 tray of slice beef tongue, with tax and tips it came out $146 ish. The trays of meat and seafood were the pricey ones. My fav was the shrimp paste balls. I wish they had ponzu or some type of vinaigrette sauce. My waiter was kind and super hardworking. He shared with us that the restaurant is doing an event to ask customers to guess how many skewers you’ve eaten when you’re about to pay. They ask you to guess if we think it’s even or odd numbers and when you guess it right you get some sort of discount. I think I got $5.00/ 5 percent off I couldn’t remember. Only recommendation for improvement: the skewers in the fridge aren’t created equal sometimes. There is 1 skewer in one fish ball roe but then another stick had two skewers for the same fish ball. It can be confusing if one is trying to determine which one is correct, do you pull the extra stick and leave the skewer so you don’t get charged? Do they need signs fishballs- 1 skewer, meat wrapped lettuce is 2 skewers or some type of general sign? I did have to ask for extra napkins and refill for hot water pot I received and I recognize the staff was busy as well so it can’t be helped. However, I definitely would return. I may just opt for no sauces next time as the soup has enough flavor. And a plus if they carry ponzu sauce in the future :).

Taste is not bad, but worse than longmen bay hot pot. I will give it 4 stars..But you have to wait more than 2hrs these days to be seated. Come later in 2 months.

Food is good however the place is very smokey and oily. The floor of the entire place is super slippery and covered with oil. Food is plenty and fresh. Decent amount of sauce selection. Offers both grill and hot pot together for a single price.

This place is awesome and easily some of the best hot pot I've had. Our group had the Miso and Traditional spicy broth. I loved being able to use the on table Ipad to order food as it made sure we never actually had to wait for our rounds to show up. My favorite part was the fact that the hot pot can rise out of the broth and make it easy to grab some of the little bits of meat that might go missing. Meat was great and fresh.

Awesomely delicious food and smorgasbord of meat, veggies, and noodles to add to your hotpot! Great service as well, and no wait when we went at 1:30pm on a Saturday. We had a great time and left with full bellies, but the price tag means we'll go back for special occasions only.

This is a self-service hot pot restaurant with a price of about thirty-six dollars per person. The decoration in the store is still very Chinese. There is a self-service order. You can freely choose two kinds of hot pot soup, including spicy, spicy and vegetarian soup. The variety of dishes is very rich, including seafood, barbecue, soup pot and beverage ... After ordering, click the add red button, and a waiter will serve you dishes. The amount of dishes is very small, only ten small dishes at a time, but you can add them again after ten minutes. No matter how long it takes, just be full, which will make it very cost-effective for people who eat a lot. Highlights of this shop are: special fruits such as watermelon, cantaloupe, snacks such as Japanese green beans, seaweed, potato chips, etc. There is also an ice cream gift at the checkout. Wow! It's really great! The only bad thing is: the ventilation is not enough. After eating, the whole body will have a strong smell of barbecue and hot pot. But it's worth a try!

Gathered with 3 of my buddies and had a great time. We also received a free order of some type of steak which was surprising and that I appreciate very much. I will say for the price of the food, it was reasonable. Portion sizes are definitely on the smaller end. Constant ordering is necessary if you're trying to have food that's constantly cooked and ready to be consumed.

It's actually my first time coming to this location, but I can tell you it won't be my last because it's definitely a different experience of hot pot with a little twist. But my family have lots of fun and even my baby boy had fun with the servers. Food were delicious ?Kid-friendliness: The staffs were so friendly with my baby boy ?They were playing with him and saying greetings.
