The burgers were good but EXPENSIVE!!! $40 for 2 burgers and 2 fries plus drinks. Way overpriced. Sweet potato fries were squishy, greasy and COLD. The wait for my order was AN HOUR. Ridiculous!!!! I tried to use the order kiosk, but could not order what I wanted that way. I had to order from the cashier.Dietary restrictions: Impossible Burger, Swiss & Mushroom was good, but OVERPRICED!Wheelchair accessibility: The one wheelchair designated table was being used by able-bodied people.Not wheelchair friendly.

So I tried this place for the 1st time and I'm super disappointed. The burgers were good, typical crinkle fries, the Sriracha fries, were super spicy beware, but the milkshake.... let's just say cold milk with no flavor added definitely didn't taste like mint oreo. 2 combos $42.

Awesome halal burger restaurant. The burgers are juicy, the shakes are thick, creamy and do not have that gritty sugar mouth feel which you get in most shakes from local restaurants! Our family favorite is the Nashville chicken burger: spicy and juicy. The fries are delicious too. Highly recommend!
Super yummy food and a nice place to dine with family only thing I would like a little more ranch I made a purchase of over $60 in food and I only got one ranch when I requested more they gave me one more I feel like I needed at least three more specially for the amount of food that I purchased but otherwise everyone's really nice abd food great quality

I was honestly surprised by how good this place was. I absolutely love potatoes in any shape or form, and when I tell you these fries are DELICIOUS... I'm not lying.I also got a falafel burger, the falafel tastes fresh and my burger was great!Shout out to the staff members who caught my mistake when ordering a falafel burger I forgot to say no turkey bacon, they caught it for me and asked if I wanted it or if it was a mistake ?? good eye team.

More like ini-efficent: missing items, horrible customer service We submitted a large order for pick up to take for a birthday celebration that was outside of the Bay Area. When we picked up the order, we noticed the bags were stapled closed but the outer receipt they attached matched what we had ordered. By the time we got to our destination, we noticed 2 burgers MISSING. I called to ask for a refund for those 2 burgers and the person on the phone kept acting like he was in disbelief. Kept asking if I'm sure and telling me they ALWAYS make sure to check the bags have all the items. This tells me they don't have attention to detail when they are checking because they missed 2 full-sized burgers (not even the small sliders). The guy then assures me that they can give me a refund since we are unable to drive back another hour to pick up the missing items, BUT that I have to call again tomorrow at 10:30 to ask for the refund. Excuse me? They don't even have a process to have their workers document a simple task like a refund request and require the customers, who have already gone through a major inconvenience, to make ANOTHER call the next day. This person already had access to all our order information to be able to at least say that they will take a few days to refund us, or that their manager will give us a call the next day to process our refund. Thanks for ruining our birthday celebration with poor and ini-adequate customer service.
