The lady that works at night is horrible!! I placed an online order to pick up on my way home from work. I get off at 1am. When I got their she told me she didn't have my order. I told her I paid for it already and showed her. She then said it was completed, I said I haven't been here to pick it up! She literally told me I probably came in another car to pick it up! Seriously it's an 11.00 order! Finally she gave me what I ordered, it was all thrown in the bag. I questioned the order because it had food I didn't order. She told me look in the bag and walked away. This is after her and her co worker talked about me in their language and told me multiple times to give them my phone! She is so rude everytime I go but this time topped the cake on her attitude!! She is not the kind of person you should have representing your company. Look at the camera's and see if someone can through twice for an 11.00 order! I WILL not go back to this place!!

Horrible service! Order $55 worth of food and everything was extremely cold! I ordered a munchie meal with the ultimate cheese burger and got a small cheese burger extremely disappointing. Never going back

terrible worker when its the lady that works at night. the guy will serve people just fine when i'm coming home from work at 3 am but when it's the lady, apparently they close at 3:30... when it's a 24 hour drive through. makes sense.

Today 11/15/23 at 8:49 am. Trying to go threw Drive threw. The rude guy couldn't hear me. But I notice he was at back door . look like verbally helping a lady with car issues . I notice try to give order. He said pull up. Kept me waiting I said something rude. He just rearranged soft drink Cup. I drI've off. This jack in always lags full coverag especially in early morning. I hope you have a talk with this rude man. I will go to J. B. On Osgood from now on.

I ordered a jumbo jack combo here with drive thru and when I checked my food, I got this. So I drove back there from my house and told them i got it wrong, and i said i wanted a refund. I also said that i wanted them to apologize for what happened, and he just said he gave me money back, and he was busy. He never apologized. I did not ask him to give me extra money or something else. I just wanted him to say sorry to me. Thank you for making me drive an extra 30 minutes.

See here the difference from this jack in the box to all out there is because they have all the sauces layed out in the front and you can take as many as you like and the lady was super sweet with a nice behind I mean behavior ? still looked clean well service and it's a nice spot off the 880 later my

The new staff has gotten my order wrong a few times. I suggest that they stop talking about non work related things while making people's orders and pay attention to create the order. The young man who was making my late night box was on his phone even when taking my card for payment. My 4 star dropped to 2. Please aim for improvement.
