We went through the drive-thru which took much longer than it should have and when I finally got to the window and asked the young man if my fries were hot he told me yes but when I tasted them they were cold. The service was really bad and I've been to a lot of other Jack in the Box establishmentsand have had no issues like this. I believe corporate should look into this matter.

The food was delicious.The issue was the guy in the register, constantly going out the restaurant. Costumers had to wait for him to come in, wait time for in store customer was about 5 minutes. The restrooms were greasy a safety hazard for anyone going to use it. Only 2 staff present during my visit

We went to this location at 4:45 am. The guy in the drive thru window refused to serve food and told 30 Minutes break for taking inventory. We have been so many locations in jack in the box. That’s our favorite 24/7 fast burger shop. But at this location we got fooled. Then why they have a sign board for 24/7. Ridiculous

I would give a negative review if it was possible. The service is so slow the dinner is filthy and soda machine never has all the beverages. This is unacceptable and the supervisor should be fired immediately.

Food was normal but the service tho....I ordered a new drink on their menu and the worker didn't know what it was. After describing it and explaining it to him, I had to walk to the front of the store, take a picture of the item and show them....non the less the food wasn't bad, just the service

Food was good as standard Jack food.Very slow service on a Sunday pre noon sessions mainly due to lesser employees. . it took 16 minutes to place dine in order. only one person was at Drive through vendor and on the front and filling in the packs and putting in trays.only three persons in the store.Ordered curly Fries,7 pieces of stuffed Jalapeños. Ordered oreo cookies shake but reportedly shake machine was out of order.
