One star for facility and customer service. Staff not friendly and welcoming. Bathroom was locked out even for customers. The staff pointed me to go to next door (Hawaiian BBQ) for restroom which also has a big out of service sign. Variety of drinks was ok so I gave it a 3 stars. The overall experience however was not so great.

So slow. I guess it’s hard to find good help these days. Took 15 minutes with only two people ahead of me. The order guy mumbles. The others making the orders just don’t seem to care. 0 stars for service.

I am confused by the inconsistent handling of the size cups when whey protein is added. Whey protein fluffs it up a bit. I order a medium with whey protein, and sometimes they will upsize the cup to compensate for the effects of the whey. Sometimes they will fill the medium cup and throw away the rest. It feels like a waste of money to try and get whey protein in a large cup, but that is the only reason I go to Jamba.

Haven't been here in quite a while. Went in today and got 2 smoothies. I ordered thru the app. When I got there it was shift change. No one said anything to me. Finally one of the young ladies asked if I had a pick-up order. When they were finishing up my order, I noticed the young lady putting her hair up in a ponytail, behind the counter. Needless to say when I got home and drinking my drink, there was a long black hair in it. Pretty disgusting to me and I ended up throwing it away.. please don't mess with your hair when working around food or drinks.

I went to get a standard smoothie, it tasted like they used old ice from a fridge. I told the guy that worked there and he seemed clueless, the drink was gross, I told him I didn’t taste anything but old ice, he said I should get checked out because I might have Covid, glad I didn’t tip this time. Horrible

the dumb workers here don't know what they are doing. not surprised this location has a poor rating. just came here to pick up a mobile order and what should have been a fast and easy transaction was such an ordeal. they chose to serve the people who came after me and they don't even look around and see how many people have been waiting and who needs to be served next. AVOID THIS LOCATION.

Shutting the orange juice machine down at 7:50pm to clean it when you close at 9:00pm is not okay. You close at 9:00pm. Plus the other location's machine was broken so none of y'all can provide fresh squeezed OJ. Customer service is just at an all time low these days.

The place didn't look very clean, and both employees had long hair but didn't tie their hair back or wear a hair net. I was a bit grossed out by all that. There was a constant stream of customers and everyone had to wait at least 5 minutes. I will not be coming back for its lack of cleanliness.

Drinks are fine, however they have a sign that is posted, it says "no public restroom". That is ridiculous, after purchasing 2 medium drinks the total comes out to a little under $17. And a paying customer is not allowed to use the restroom. I myself have been a long term customer since 2003, and now Jamba Juice has lost me as a customer, I have spent thousands of dollars on they're drinks after 20 years, and that is not okay. So unfortunately now I have decided to boycott Jamba Juice all together.

I came to the Pacific Commons Jamba Juice with my family to order some drinks and the employee working the cashier had such a horrible attitude. I was really disappointed with the customer service , which made me upset when I was nothing but polite to her .

I had to wait a long time for them to take my order, the place is dirty and in the end they gave me my order wrong, clearly I didn't want to change it because it was late and I had to go to work! I do not recommend it!

Absolutely clueless employees….. i went to buy some gift cards and the two employees said we don’t sell gift cards. I pointed out there are a bunch of gift cards in front of the register. She then said she need to call her manager. After talking with her “manager” over phone she says, you have to order online. I left and went to the Mowry location where the employees were extremely competent!

The night crew that was working on august 23rd around 7:30pm has got to be some of the most unprofessional and disrespectful people I've ever met. I was on my break for work (yes I work right across the street and ordered a sour gummy. Prior to me ordering I waited at the registers for about two minutes before being greeted by any employee (they were all in the back). I placed myOrder and than the customers behind me placed theirs shortly after. All of a sudden the three other employees walked out and started basically calling dibs on orders that they wanted to make. One young lady, brunette I believe, yelled out "I call the next one I am NOT making the sour gummy" right in front of me. The people who ordered after me received their drinks first due to the four employees not wanting to make myOrder. And to also blurt it out like that in front of me. I work in retail and always except great service WHEREVERR WHERE I GO. I was late on my break bc the employees that night decided to put my order on the back burner and to topIt off. You need to have a closing manager fromAM to PM - or properly train your employees on how to carry themselves in front or of customers.

They have a pathetic service. I ordered an orange juice. When I checked after a few minutes, I was told somebody else took it. I asked for a refund they didn’t give it and again I was made to wait . Finally, I had to leave without the drink as it took forever.

As I awaited my order I couldn’t help but notice how dirty this location was - the floor and the rugs all absolutely filthyI was there Tuesday 6/20 about noonish - there were at least four people there “working” as I just watched I wondered if drinking my drink would be the wisest choicePeople went from handling money to handling food, emerging from the back room stratching their hair… it was ?The person that took my order and made my order seemed nice enough, but it was the general appearance of the facility and the uncleanliness of the other staff that generated feelings of yuckiness
