I was just getting a gift card and goodness, the prices are outrageous. I felt out of place, I would never purchase a drink that for a small is almost 7 dollars. I was hungry so so purchased a pretzel...it was quite tasty (sourdough parmi) I guess it's a place for those that don't mind drinking green grass or a sweet overpriced smoothy?

I'm so upset! This store was the worst Jamba I've ever been to.. I even tipped the guy working the counter but geez.. i wish I could take back the drink! I spent 9 dollars on a small smoothie that was basically just ice! my drink tasted like sour tap water ice chunks.. I should have known when the guy started shaking and tapping the blender because it wouldnt blend..the store was clean and the guy working was just average (not too nice, not too cold) but i go to jamba for the drink, not the ambiance. I'm so upset because I was really really craving a good smoothie.

These guys can’t even blend a smoothie right. I don’t want to be chewing on kale when I’m drinking a smoothie. I normally get the greens n ginger which normally tastes pretty good. Probably just this location.

Rude manager closing early for no valid reason. Not wanting to give out her name to not get reported. Really bad customer service. Don't know how to greet customer in a proper way.

What is the meaning of freshly squeezed juice if the juice is squeezed in the morning and sold afternoon. I requested to give me fresh orange juice they gave me the juice from refrigerator. As I don’t prefer cold juice I requested for freshly squeezed juice they simply denied. I had to go to Whole Foods.

They messed up my drink. I said they could just make a small and give me the other one so they didn't have to throw the other one. Minimize waste. The lady was very snippy in saying that can't do that because it is a different price. Had to wait for a long time just to experience more bad service and watch them waste food. Unnecessarily bad experience

Customer service is -0. Layla took my order and seemed annoyed the entire time… I sarcastically said, “you have great customer service skills”… her attitude did improve. The younger co worker made my drink , didn’t get her name but tastes great!

I ordered two drinks and yogurt waffle bowl yesterday around 2.40 pm. The drinks were good but the cashier behaviour was very rude. She didn’t greeted at all and was behaving like I am not paying for my order.Then I asked for two glasses of water and had to wait for 5 mins to get that. I hope this comment will enlighten jamba juice to improve their staff so they could treat their customers in a nice way.

Bad service. Dirty place. No customer only employee restroom. Their mat is a hazard since it's not in the correct place anyone could slip and fall. Poor management

Website and sign on door says they open at 7am M-F but the place was completely dark and closed when I came here at 7:15 am on a Friday. Knocked on door and no one answered. Is this how you run a business?
