Ordered on the app, which totally defeats the purpose of having to come and wait 10 minutes for a smoothie. I get they're busy but come on.. why have only one worker it's a little counter intuitive. If you're going to a Jamba Juice do not recommend this location.

Jamba juice is quite expensive, for basic frozen items made smoothies and some fresh. Juices are still better than all kinds of smoothies. Service is good, but smoothies okay. Juices not always available. Teenagers seem to like it. I think they need offer more for the price. Jamba juice should increase 5X store traffic by reducing prices, so more people can enjoy fresh juices and indulge on smoothies.

Horrible experience all together. Waited 30 minutes and in the end they got the entire order wrong. No apology for the wait, or messing up on the order. Bunch of kids who look miserable working here. There's no responsible manager/adult to take charge. Sad because other locations are great, but this is one just horrible. Definitely Won't be coming here again.

I understand that a lot of places are under staffed but the STORE TIMES SAY 10 am - 6 pm today is 12/1/22 it’s now 10:07 this store is still not open!! DO US ALL A FAVOR WHEN YOU’RE FINALLY FULLY STAFFED THEN PUT SOME STORE HOURS UNTIL THEN PUT A SIGN ON THE DOOR THAT SAYS WE OPEN WHEN WE FEEL LIKE IT!!!!

If you're ever feeling under the weather or have a sore throat, highly recommend coming here and getting their wheat grass shot! Not the tastiest but that sore throat will be gone in no time! Always had great service here too.

Service is good, but very understaffed, so there is a long wait for drinks because the employee has to bounce back and forth between the register & making drinks for 4-5 waiting customers, at any given time.

Very disappointed in the little girl w big eyelashes claiming to be POC/manager. Went in today, a veryvwarm 83degrees in Fremont; Saturday, Aug 27 around 3:45pm . We had to wait 20min plus for service and to get order-it was busy. My 90 year old dad n I popped by, to get a beverage, we had been waiting over 15min. w no idea when are drinks were going to be ready- I asked young guy behind the counter if my 90 yr old, dad could use the restroom, if they could make an exception for him. The guy said no, its up to the mgr, he would ask them to come out. Guy came back but did not tell me squat, he proceeded to blend more drinks - so I waved at him and asked again. He said, the mgr said no. and pointed to the little girl saying she was the manager. I asked her if she could make an exception, that my dad was 90 after. She said no, its company policy. I do remember prior to Covid those were public restrooms. Shame on this manager for not making exception for 90yr veteran, maybe she meeds some coaching from management team.

I work at a Jamba Juice in my hometown. I was out on vacation and stopped at this Jamba on my way back home. I was blown away by the amazing service at this location. Tito was the manager who helped me out. He was so incredibly friendly and welcoming!! Not to mention the smoothies were perfect as always. Overall great service!
