I got food poisoning from the classic chicken sandwich that I ordered an ended up vomiting several times. Cannot recommend going here, and this seems to align with the other reviews as well. Also asked for no pickles, but still got them in the order.

Even tho my favorite honey bbq is off the menu, manager still let me order hot wings and put the sauce over. The only thing I order here. So yummy and thank you! Will come back again.

Excellent, the size of the pieces was great!!! The North Bay KFC's serve really small pieces of chicken and at a high cost, so we stopped going. This South Bay location was superb!

Never felt so uncomfortable for not knowing how to speak Spanish in America. They called my number 3 times in Spanish I don't know if they tried my name. Cashier Andrea C. Is very rude and kept staring and laughing out loud and I mean hysterically loud. Very unprofessional.

We ordered a simple dinner menu at 2pm on Sunday. We asked for pick up 3 hours later 5 pm. Put the order through and waited. At 3:45 pm, we left home and walked the half mile to KFC. When we got there, went inside and NO food ready. Well it was 4:55 pm, give them a couple of minutes. At 5:15 pm, about 20 orders had gone out while we waited. At 5:20 the manager handed me our order. I said thank you and headed out. I got about 10 steps and realized that we didn't even have half of our order. WTF? We had chicken strips and original 8 piece bucket, however, absolutely no sides. No slaw, no potatoes, no gravy, and no dipping sauce. I got a sorry about that. And we begrudgingly said thanks and left at 5:35 pm. Ordered 3 "fn" hours early and just ready, 3 1/2 hours later. The food was good, that's why 2 stars. As to ambiance, the place looked like it had been mopped with a dirty mop and water. Windows were filthy. Glad we ate at home.

The food was fine but saw them making my sandwich with bare hands. When asked about why weren't they using gloves when handling food, I was told that the employees wash their hands every 30 minutes. I am not too happy with the response. Doesn't justify not wearing gloves. :(

I took the fam here in a pinch after church. The kids were excited until we arrived home and discovered a few items missing. I called and informed them and they said those items weren't included because I was not charged for them. 1) give people what they order 2) my receipt showed I was indeed charged for the items. Very annoying.
