Absolutely HORRIBLE.I bought almost 4 pounds of chicken wings and paid about 30$ due to my bad work schedule I was only able to come 2 days after I purchased the meat.When I went home from the store I cooked the meat for almost 2 hours and it wasn't cooking,inside smelled terrible and the meat had completely gone bad.When I went into the store the bald headed idiot told me to bring him back the raw meat as proof that the meat was bad.Then he proceeded to make me call a family member who also took a bite off the meat as proof that I wasn't lying.Then told me to leave the store or he would call the cops,I work hard for my money and stood my ground,the Pakistani dude threw 30 $ at me and told me to leave,as I was leaving the bald headed retard cursed me and told me he hopes the money does bad to me.He kept smiling and laughing as I was walking out and told me never to come again.Which I won't,the meat is ALWAYS bad here and so many people have complained I just see now.For better alternatives please go to Faisal market or zam zam market,their meat is also hand slaughtered certified and they actually sell fresh meat...also bal headed dude is a total liar as his hfsaa certification had been expired for months.Hes been selling old and bad meat.Crooks and cons I hope this store closes up

I have shop here for 22 years and seen owners change on constantly .This year whoever this new owner is don't show any skill of customer service and is super rude if u complain to him .I order 2 chicken (live ones) n they pack me one full chicken and the other one was just a half chicken with one leg n 7 pieces of meat piece .when I went to confront the owner about this issue he said it can't happen as if we the customer are lairs. First I'm not asking for chicken or any replacement coz I stop shopping there secondly I want everyone who shop there plz check ur meat before taking it home coz this people do unfaithfully service to their customers on constant base .

I used to shop at Madinal halal shop for meat and chicken. After the ownership changed, i have mixed experience and my view about this place. I have shopped here for 19 years until May 8, 2022. I would like new owner Mr, Shaheer to read this review. when he was there initially, he gave friendly service. showed respect for previous customers who had been coming to this business. lately, whenever i went there was a new person who claims be the new cook and manager. he is rude, unfriendly and does not care for long time customers. I bought lot of meat, chicken and ground beef on May 8,22. when i got home ground beef looked gray and smelled bad. i took it back next day. new cook/ manager was not willing to replace bad product. he was rude and showed no respect for a long time customer. Told me this is America and i could not return bad meat. i told him h was a bad business man and he lost a customer. but he did not care. I will take my business some other place for halal meats.

The new owner is very welcoming! He is always in a good mood and happy. He goes over and beyond for his customers. He has really cleaned up the store. Someone yelped that the owner is from Afghanistan. That is false. He is Arab. Also, they still have the previous Pakistani working the meat department. I would definitely support them! They also sell yummy gyros! Check them out ASAP! :)

After the change of ownership from Pakistan Muslim to Afghanistan the quality has just gone worse. They don't understand our language nor do they keep their meat fresh.

This place should be avoided if you can help it. What butcher place charges if you ask for the meat, you are about to purchase, to be cut. Besides lacking freshness in meat and being overpriced, they also have incompetent people working there. Once I asked for boneless skinless chicken thigh, got chicken breast meat instead( should have noticed when I got overcharged).

Madina Halal Foods is at the backside of the commercial strip. good sized store even though front looks small. offerings: fresh halal meats, groceries, produce, condiments, refrigerated goods. not sure if eatery is open. buys: "Nan Khatai" classic biscuit (1.49) -% of nutrional info not very bad. slight amount of palm oil, sugar -slight sugary taste, fattiness. lots of parking, didn't see ready to eat goods.

Bought 2lbs of bone in chicken . All we got was 1.8 lbs of bones when started to cook at home . Totally shameful behavior to a customer who pays full price and spent 3 hours of effort at home in a family recipe . Never coming back .
I have not been at Madina Halal for sometime and upon my recent visit, met the new excited and very friendly welcoming owner. There were new items added in the store and picked up Kashmiri chai, and loved his crunchy baklava. I have not found them anywhere else. He plans to open the kitchen in few days and cannot wait to try new dishes.

Awesome halal meats, marinated chicken for the grill, great goat meat. Option to call ahead and order so no waiting in line. Miss the food stations due to covid especially biryani.

I have been to many different meat shops. THIS WAS WORST STORE I WENT FOR MEAT!! The elderly shop owner very rude!!! He always wants to argue with customers. We brought some meat the other day and we called before going to shop and the staff told us the meat (liver) is all fresh. It was very old and smelling and we went back to store to exchange/ return. The owner started making excuses and arguing with us about the meat. He does not know how to talk to the customers at all. He should hire someone else if he can't manage cashier. I'm never going to this store again. THE STAFF IS VERY RUDE HERE!!!!

Please nake sure when you buy items more than 10 or more (difficult to count) check it on receipt as well, he add other additional items which you havent bought. And all items are listed as grocery instead of proper name, which makes difficult for everyone to verify items with the itemized receipt. Prices are not aligned with the items posted on its place. Must check prices of each item and total amount they charge.
