Came in at 4:58p, after seeing all your commercials about this NEW Stuff Crust Crazy Cheese pizza I wanted to try it. Yall say it’s HOT & READY BETWEEN 4p-8p. So why when I came in there was none ready?? So I had to settle for a regular pepperoni pizza and had to pay the same prize as it would’ve costed for the crazy stuff pizza. This was a very disappointing experience. And A PRIME EXAMPLE OF FALSE-ADVERTISING!!! Yall should take your HOT & READY POSTERS DOWN CAUSE CLEARLY 58MINS LATER YALL DONT HAVE ANY OF THAT PIZZA HOT AND READY!!!! I won’t be returning to a little Cesar’s pizza anytime soon. Way to trick customers

Place is very tiny. People with claustrophobia might die in there. The workers are all children and sometimes my food is yummy. I devour it like an angry pig. The workers r very nice. I never knew that they had cookies and brownies!!! 8.5/10

If I can give it a zero score I would. Called at 3:50 today to order a deep dish, crazy combos and large pepperoni saying I will be picking up in 40 mins. Guy on the phone says "ok so can we pencil in 5 pm or later?" Should have seen that red flag. Finally got him to figure out it's 4:30 pick up. I got there at 4:23 and he said he is checking on the order and had me wait. Came back out to tell me the order was never put in and that he took the order. I asked how long it would take to get the order ready and he said 25 mins or so. That was enough for me to walk out. It wasn't even busy. Wont be coming back at all!!!
This Little Caesars is in a small plaza with a good amount of parking. It is great for a cheap and filling meal. I recommend ordering ahead to avoid the long wait times. I tried the cheese bread and pepperoni pizza at this particular location. It is cheap and decent for the price - most places are doubled the price and wait. I enjoyed the cheese bread, it was pretty good - it was cheesy, soft, and warm. The pizza was just decent - it was cheesy and filling though. Overall, it would not have been my first few choices to come here, but sometimes it is all you got at night besides fast food that is decently cheap and semi-quick.

The 4376 Thorton Ave., Fremont, CA Little Caesars Pizza is THE WORST in the restaurant chain. Their customer service is HORRIBLE. I tried to order a pizza online at 8pm (closed @ 9p) but got a message saying "Not accepting online orders at this time". I tried on my phone and received the same message. I tried to call in my order and someone picked up the phone but didn't speak. They didn't say anything. There was a lot of noise and movement going on in the background but they didn't say anything to me. At this time it was close to 8:30p and it sounded like they were cleaning up and trying to close up shop and didn't want to take another order and expected me to just hang up. I drove in with the line still open. They finally hung up without a word. I arrived and ordered my pizza and crazy bread. Forced them to make my order. While I was waiting, I witnessed another patron come back in and return a pizza that was given to her by mistake. The girl took the pizza from her then immediately handed it to the guy who had ordered that pizza....GROSS!!! He should have requested a new pizza because there's no telling what the other lady did to it. She or her family could have picked up slices in the box and put their hands all over it. Again GROSS!!! I enjoy Little Caesar's Pizza generally and will go to the other location going forward.Gary C.

Placed an order Sunday night as I was heading home late. Not many things open that late. The order was ready on time. Was disappointed when I got home. The CrazyBread was raw, I pulled in it and it just stretched out. The sauce they gave me with it, ice cold. Not worth my time or money to come here again.
