Chef was cleaning/mopping, rinsed his hands for 5 seconds then continued to cook my food. I know he just rinsed his hands for 5 sec because sink was right in front of me towards back of kitchen. Didn’t even eat 25% of my food when I threw it away due to bad tasting old meat and thought of dirty hands. Reason why I even ate 25% was because I was starving lol. Skip this L and L but go to other ones with good reviews.

Came here for lunch and this location just needs to close it's doors. Service sucked food took 10+min when I'm normally out in 5 at other locations. I asked for Sriracha and they said they only have buffalo sauce... who eats buffalo sauce on Hawaiian bbq wth. Buy Sriracha - if it's too expensive, just close your doors. Worst L&L experience at this location.

Well, went here yesterday, two plates $$ wth! Both small portions, and dirty! Needs a very good cleaning! The portion was not worth the price at all! Got to Asia express in Newark for 1 plate with 2 items is cheaper and you get a very big portion! L&l in union city by the Bart station is about the same price but gives a much bigger portion. But that one too is hella dirty, ohana and ono are good, cost more but get a bigger portion. Service isn't bad, never answer the phone. When I first started going here it was all good not sure what happened

8/8 spam musubi day. Free spam musubi at L&L with apps. This is my first visit, I like their musubi. This is a fast food chain with small dining area and pretty rundown.

This is the only and closest l and l in Fremont. It's pretty run down, very small dining area, and the customer service is meh. Although we come here often for the reason of it being the only one in the area, today's spam musubi promo day gave us enough a reason to only come if it's a last resort. The seaweed on the spam musubi was soooo stretchy! Hard to chew, but hey we all love spam so and it was free so we dealt with it! And at least they were willing to give one extra free musubi for my son, it was a practical beggar moment though! Ugh.

I am not familiar with Hawaiian foods at all. We chose this place randomly and ordered Beef bowl. It tooks 10 min to be prepared but quality was acceptable. A couple of tables were available to sit. Free parking just front of the restaurant.

No soda fountain, they charge .75 for aditional sauces. The place is hot and dirty, I saw a roach crossing the kitchen. The restroom is worst than a gas station one.I love L&L, but stay away from this one

There wasn't too many people in the restaurant when we visited. The staff was nice and food was ready pretty fast. This location gives a bigger food portion than Ohana and I think their pricing is better too. My favorite to get is the bbq chicken or if you want to try multiple things, you can get a split plate with 2 options! This location is a medium/small size. There's a couple of tables in this location, but most people that come here and just here to pick up food and take it to go.

Had the Loco Moco or whatever they called that abomination. That was more like a BROKE-O-HELL NO!!! It came with 2 weak ass hamburger Pattie's that were salty as all hell, 2 hard boiled eggs that looked like over easy, 2 golf ball sized scoops of rice and enough macaroni to make a choker chain. This is not the L&L I remember. As soon as I opened up my to-go box at home, I was like "Where's the rest of it???"

Highly disappointed with the bbq mix that I received today. The steak was over cooked which is okay. It happens. But the portions were horrible. Chicken was the usual amount and was stacked on top of one piece of overcooked steak and one beef short rib. Very sneaky. Can't say I'll be going back. Chicken was the redeeming ingredient that raised the rating from 1 star to 2

Google Maps keeps asking me how this hawaiian place is, and we don't gatekeep here. Food is smack. Top 2 hawaiian spot for its moco loco (underrated) and their bbq beef plate. It's a super convenient location, and it is close to other stores of my choosing. Staff is coo, i like how they don't gouge for tips.Vegetarian options: The sides are vegetarianKid-friendliness: There's even kids at the store per family that works there since it's summer time.Parking: Hella parking, is a bit slanted tho.Wheelchair accessibility: Ah lower quality for this tho. Slanted floor, door gets stuck, but you can get byDietary restrictions: Sides

The food was not good at all, the macaroni has no flavor and the meat wasn't that great. The teriyaki sauce was watery. The place looks bad inside. The bathroom was gross and no lock on the door. I don't recommend coming here at all. Go to the one on whopper in Hayward that's the best one hands down. I'm sorry but this owner has to do way better then this.
