Hands down, the worst food I've ever had. I went with a group of 20. The place wasn't busy at all but the manager had to be asked to help the poor waiter helping our group.I was about the 5th person to order and I got the tortilla soup - but I was the last to be served. I ended up sending the soup back. Barely any chicken in it and the soup base literally tastes like water. It was terrible.No complimentary chips. Pricing for the terrible food is way too high. I'm giving the poor waiter a break because clearly they are short staffed but geez. Can't someone else working there be observant and help?Anyway... I see the company is responding to reviews but don't waste your time asking me to email. I will never be back. There's no way to make it right with me.It was just that bad.

This is one of the most excellent places I've visited in a long time. Unknowingly, I arrived during happy hour and was able to enjoy ordering drinks and food from it's Happy Hour Menu. The drinks and appetizers were all delicious and were enjoyed by all. The table reservation system worked flawlessly and they were even able to accommodate a last minute increase to the number of seats needed.They greeted us all with a warm and welcoming demeanor and promptly started recommending items and taking our orders. Our table was neatly awaiting us and water pitchers were refilled constantly. The staff was attentive and friendly. Pre-busing was obviously encouraged so we always felt our table was comfortable, orderly, and clean as our party enjoyed the drinks and appetizers.The entries were all enjoyed by our party and each claimed to have "the tastiest" choice. I was happy visiting this restaurant for the first time. I will be back for this and the many other choice restaurants that are around it.Thank you for a wonderful experience. We were meeting with out-of-town family and we could not have been happier with our choice of where to meet and enjoy a good time.

Had the fajitas on that sizzling plate. Who can ask for anything better than that? So much to try and eat here and so little time. Will have to go back and try their whole menu. And drinks anyone? Sheesh! This place is bar none. Go for lunch it may save you some.

The waiter was very inattentive, I was the last one to arrive to the group when everyone else had ordered already, I waved to him to put in my food order, and he turned away without asking if I would like anything to drink. That was surprising. And one of my group ordered their expensive steak, and they put three pieces of small meat on the plate to make it up for an order. It’s definitely the leftover from a roll of meat. I would never go back there again. Food and service was below average, definitely not matching their price tag.

First time and last time, will never go again. Went there around 1:45 pm, seemed slow there was a another group ahead of us and we both waited sometime maybe around 10 minutes to be seated. Took another 10 minutes or so for our server to come and take our order. We never saw her again, 3 our of 4 waters made it to our table. The fajitas came out first and there was quite a delay for the rest of our food. We were also surprised chips weren't complimentary. We ordered a kids steak burrito (which was bland) cheese quesadilla (was good came with salsa, guac, sour cream) mas steak burrito (bland as well) and steak fajitas (the meat was under seasoned and beans and rice were bland as well. no sides of salsa and sour cream or guac which I was surprised.)No one ever checked on us throughout our meal and we had to ask a waitress for another section for some boxes and our check. We received our togo boxes but I had to go and ask the bartender for our check which was finally brought to us. Then we wait some time again and had to go find someone to give our check with payment to.Very poor service with subpar food that is way overpriced for the quality. The atmosphere was very pleasant such a shame the service and food were not on the same level.0 stars and would not recommend.

The food was good. Unfortunately the service was so bad. After our order was taken, there was no wait staff in our section for the rest of the time we were there. Our bill was completely wrong. The manager had to come and ask me what we ordered after I rejected the invoice. Our dining experience was ruined, but the manager did not offer a discount. There are much better restaurants in this area, and I will not be returning here.
