His exceptional service elevated my dining experience to new heights.From the moment I entered, Titus greeted me with a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm. His attentiveness to customers' needs was remarkable; he swiftly handled orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Despite the busy atmosphere, Titus remained calm and composed, never once faltering in his dedication to providing top-notch service.What impressed me most was Titus's ability to connect with customers on a personal level. For those who may be unfamiliar with this food chain, they make an assembly line of standard food options to get you fed as quickly as possible. Even if the line is going around the neighborhood, you may be eating your overpreserved French fries in just a few minutes and are a little less likely to be wearing the ketchup from your burger on your shirt as you're driving away than you would be with some of their competitors. One beef I have is that they keep raising prices. While inflation only went up like 10 to 20 to percent recently, coffee went from a dollar to around $1.60. For people not good at math, that's around 60%.

This location is managed by a woman by the name of Juliana. Who knows absolutely nothing about customer service and is the most rude uneducated woman I have ever met in my life.You could tell she hates her job and she hates the public even more. I came back to have an order that was made incorrectly. She began to humiliate me in front of other customers and insisted that my receipt did not belong to her location all for 2 cheeseburgers that they put extra pickles on when it was supposed to be no pickles because I'm allergic. I hope that she experiences the same type of service understanding in discreetness. That she showed to me today. Corporate really needs to take a closer look at who they have managing. They're younger impressionable employees.

The store is disorganized and always looks in chaos. Order takes forever to come and sometimes not prepared to customizations. Coffees would come without milk, one need to go back and request for stuff.It’s a McDonald’s after all, low expectations but still this one is disappointing

This McDonald’s is Always busy. You Always have to wait in a long line inside or a huge drive-thru line. It’s located in the Food Max parking lot, which is almost always dirty and covered with trash from one side to the other. I have been in here A lot, and the service is terrible. Everyone in there is rude and looking down their nose at people. They act disgusted with whatever you order. They even sit, whisper and giggle like it’s high school. I’m sorry, but this definitely THE worst McDonalds I have ever been in.
