This the 2nd time in a month where I expect them to be opened late at night since on Google Maps it indicates they are 24 hours that they are not open and will have cones blocking the drive way as you pull up.

google maps says its open past 4am. every time i go around 2:30-3am, there are cones im drive through lane depicting the store is closed. The employees do it so they dont have to work last couple of hours. extremely inconvenient for customers. if you are gonna close it, at least update google maps.

An embarrassment to the fast food service community. Told SIDEL light sauce on the sandwich and as pictured. The cooks i guess cannot read english. They do this on purpose. The lowest of society lack of customer service. Avoid this franchise. Waste of time and money. Why even bother what is the point?????

Me and my friend were told as we pulled up to the drive through and the worker said they will be open in 5-10 minutes and so far we have been here for a hour. On google it says it’s open 24 hours and I understand that there are shift changes but this is pushing it a little too far. FYI me and buddy were trying to grab something to eat before a fishing trip so we had time to sit there.
This McDonald's is one of the worst in the whole country.One night, I ordered Chicken McNuggets, and when I got home, I discovered they didn't include the sauces that I had selected in their mobile app.Recently, I got an Iced Coffee that hardly had any taste. It was almost like drinking iced water. I would have brought it back, but I was tired from a long trip and was hungry. Additionally, my Daily Double sandwich was cold. I hate it when employees put hot food in the bag and let it get cold while waiting for other items in the order.Speaking of which, some the cashiers at this location are rude.This McDonald's may be open 24 hours, but that doesn't matter if the food and customer service are bad.

The Thornton location has cheaper prices for the same items!If you go here, be ready for long waits, especially when it's raining. Their favorite phrase is 'please park number 3.' Sometimes all the pick up spots are full from them redirecting everyone. They don't even use their designated drive thru parking spots.The plus side is that they have some amazing burger squishers in the kitchen. This is the place to go if you want someone to sit on your burger.I like the hard, unsalted fries that they provide during their busy times. What's the point of letting the fries sit there if you're slow anyway?
