Are the high ratings all fake or did we came at the wrong time? Got trick coming in from the high ratings. Horrible customer service and too expensive for the amount of food. Once we got situated, the servers never came to check on us. All the stick skewers were tiny pieces and only a few amount were left (not refilled), same goes with the self serve side dishes. I would rather spend my hotpot money at HDL in the same plaza.

Kinda on pricy side ?. Side dishes are good. Push all the dishes in the fridge cabinet towards front. Highly suggest add option to less salty & oil soup base. Worth to try out. Hope my next visit is better and i could update review.

I absolutely love this hot pot place! They have a great selection of authentic, high quality, hotpot items (including some of my favorites like duck blood and chewy noodles). I like how these items are self-serve so you don’t have to wait. I especially love their complimentary appetizer bar. They have high-quality unique appetizers there, including chicken feet and clams. And of course the salted peanuts are great ? This is my favorite hot pot in the bayAlso parking lot big so hasn’t been that hard to find parking.
Came here for the first time last weekend! Friendly and attentive staff. Good variety of options and love how easily we can grab more hot pot ingredients from the fridge ourselves. Enjoyed the complimentary desserts and snack bar too.
There is a small food station in the Bay Area Internet celebrity Chuanchuan hot pot restaurant. You can help yourself to the seasonings, fruits and various snacks on it. The dishes and meats are charged according to the color. There are many kinds of skewers, and the price is calculated based on the number of bamboo sticks at the end. . The slightly spicy soup is actually almost the same as spicy

The service is decent, having to not have much of any issues, mostly due to the fact we came before rush hour. But the cost and food is on an another level The layout of the place is nice and the scenery is very good. the decorations and the walls are vibrant The skewers are WAY overpriced. for 0.5$ a skewer is quite bizarre for a restaurant that does hotpot. I can find the appeal to this but when the serving sizes are literally bite size, it would literally not fill you up whatsoever. The cheaper meats that are 0.5$ are very odd tasting, and the other stuff like mushrooms, fish balls, and other are just disappointing. Either being cut up into quarters, thirds, or even half. And literally everything you get will cost money expect the water (surprisingly) We spent literally 200 dollars plus tips on practically nothing but the satisfaction of the soup of the hotpot, and 15$ for a pot is kind of crazy for a place needing you to pay for literally everything. You can go anywhere else that ISNT here for a better service, better cost, better portions, better quality. They really said quantity over quality since half of the food taste inedible. They could have at least add some information before we walked into thinking it was an all you can eat, not an all you can get financially broken. I don't know much about the plates of food since well the food overall were kind of based/mediocre for the prices. But hey, free water. Overall, just go to a different place
