They made my Order incorrect this happened twice in two separate visits & I'm done with this place, too many issues. The Kitchen staff in the back end are not that great when it comes to cooking especially with missing ingredients they forgot to add & or incorrectly not adding something simple as sauce to a Gyro who does that? Especially when the back end has no clue on how to properly make a simple pita gyro sandwich, SAD Plus I had cold fries Yuck.! I had to return the Fries once because it was extremely cold as it was sitting out for awhile from my observation & when I asked for a new one, I watched them swap out for another cold batch that was sitting out, what is wrong with these people? The front staff seem to be careless with checking orders & seem to just want their shift to end.

The photo says it all. Not much in the wrap. Plenty of onions "too many onions" hardly any meat. Not a place to be excited about. I suppose I will have to drive to Campbell for hearty Greek food. Nicks ain't it.

Great eating establishment, very clean and friendly staff. Was able to get the food and was very pleasant. Was able to get free fries. The series was excellent and made it very popular place to go and eat food for lunch or dinner.

Went with friends. Ate their Chicken Gyro Bowl. Loved it. The service was super fast. The server was super friendly. The salad was delicious and fresh. Will go again.

While staff and restaurant are top of the tier - the only reason I provide 3 stars is because the ORIGINAL FRENCH FRIES have been replaced by some jack in the box fast-food style that all drive thrus offer these days. I thought greek fries were AUTHENTICALLY skinny?it feels like I'm ordering from jack in the crack! If the updated version of the fries was so great - where were the headlines for them and why haven't the images on the websites reflected it yet? As a French fry addict it was the only reason we returned. I was so upset when I went to a different location and was told that the company had changed the once-happy-potato into whatever it is now. I lied and said I'd return. I did not want to complain to him so I ordered elsewhere. BOOOOOOOO!!! BRING THE OGS BACK!!! I don't understand how NICKS fries could be altered and changed and keep the name NICKS. It's NO LONGER NICKS FRIES. False advertising abd a reason these businesses lose their quality IMAGE. Company moved silently so I'm guessing they hope nobody notices lol. Idk. Whatever. Took my money and kept the original menu pictures is a hustle and unfortunately we will not return to any of them. Yeah it's just a French fry to most. But dammit they were killing the game until this change! Staff here was always ULTIMATELY KIND and the cooks were serious about the craft. It's just 3 customers lost I guess nobody will feel the hit and this review will fade awayyy...good luck everybody!!

Food here is great, customer service is great too. I go here at least 2-3x a week. Interior is very clean too all the time. Great portions for the price. I get the Chicken souvlaki plate. Chicken is always tender & juicy. This previous time that I had gone, I did spot the older closing cashier handle the trash behind the register and then she grabbed my food and brought it to me with the same gloves on. I hate to be that customer who complains, but it's common sense to discard gloves you used to touch a garbage can & wash your hands before you grab someone's food... Other than that I have no complaints with this location & will keep coming back.

Nick the Greek has some of the BEST GYRO BOWLS AND WRAPS I have ever tasted.Presentation is always desirable, food is fresh, meat is tender and reasonably priced. Its a nice option in a world full of fast food....NICK THE GREEK has great salads as well. Food is filling. The customer service here is always 10/10....only issue...the doggone parking. It's alot gong on in this tight busy parking lot....Whole Foods is a cool 30 steps away,so after u get your groceries....head to Nick's and get some fresh food to go or sit inside. Very clean atmosphere. Just make sure you go....

Great service helpful I have not been here in over a year . I'm not a big fan of it . They were better when they first opened. I like the pork but gyro better . It's just never fresh and a little over priced.

The customer service was great. However I ordered 6 Gyros and a Greek Salad which was almost $100. These were very tasty, but the only sauce they gave me and told me was tzatziki sauce, turned out to be pure mayonnaise, which was absolutely disgusting on said food. I will probably come here again, but hope they pay more attention to the sauces.. All around I would give this place a 3/5. But this could change.
