I am very unhappy with this experience at the Fremont location. I have been coming here for about two years and love their cupcakes. However, I recently got a stamp card from another location and when i tried to use it here the lady at counter said I can't use it because they are a different owner.. but when I was given the stamp card I could use it at any location. When I asked her if I can get a stamp card for Fremont then she said no that they don't give the stamp card anymore. So I basically purchase 5 Bundt's & didn't get my card stamped.I understand you are franchise but at end of day you are all n representing the same company. Had I been told that I would've just purchased at the other location. Not happy & will not be returning.

So I don't love Nothing Bundt Cakes as much as everyone else seems to. I mean, don't get me wrong... I like them but I don't "loooove" them. With the exception of the strawberry when they have it. That's the best one in my opinion. The ladies here have always been so sweet and helpful when I've come in. My orders have been prepared quickly, and the store is in awesome shape. Their setup itself is open and bright and allows you to look at all their products easily. They have all kinds of cute candles, mugs, cards, etc.

Perfect for birthdays and office parties. The lemon cakes is the business. They always had what I needed.

Nothing special. Went in and god what we need. The gal that assisted us was busy playing with her phone and took awhile to even acknowledge us.

Expect nothing Bundt the best from Nothing Bundt Cakes! With its namesake as its only offering, their cakes really stand out from any competition. Their cakes come in a variety of sizes, from small cupcakes to tiered cakes, and can accommodate any form of celebration. If you join their birthday program, you'll have the opportunity to claim a free bundtlet, which is a personal cake (about 3 inches in diameter). Flavors will also be a defining factor as Nothing Bundt offers a good number of options. They have their signature flavors as well as seasonal ones (for winter, the chocolate peppermint is my personal favorite as it's made with the classic Andes chocolates). Despite being a franchise, the shop is run with almost a "mom and pop" feel to it. We were fortunate enough to meet the store manager who was very kind, helpful, and informative. He showed us around the shop which was decorated with birthday and holiday themed items. The displays were very enticing and gave a lot of ideas for future celebrations. After we got our cake, we were told to let it rest in room temperature before digging in for its optimum taste. It was challenging to hold off from scarfing this deliciously looking cake right there and then but we did postpone the chomping for 20 whole minutes. The cake was very moist and not crumbly at all. Each bite had great texture and flavor. The signature frosting has a bit of cream cheese taste and paired well with the chocolatey flavor of the Andes infused chocolate peppermint bundtlet. The cake was also a good size; it serves one or two people. Overall, the Bundt cakes are a nice change up from traditional sponge, cup, and sheet cakes and they're executed well at Nothing Bundt Cakes. You'll have a variety of flavors to choose from and can personalize your experience with the size, structure, and frosting level of your cake. And if you're just in the mood for something soft, moist and scrumptious, make your way over here and grab a little personal cake for yourself! With so many flavors, you'll have plenty of reasons to celebrate a "normal" day!

DO NOT SHOP NOTHING BUNDT CAKES FREMONT!! Fremont California's Nothing Bundt Cakes Owner "H.P." attempted to require our daughter (who is a minor) to show her California State ID *most minors under 16 don't have this as it isn't a requirement, COVID Card, Medical Insurance Card or Birth Certificate (all of which contain private confidential information) in order to be allowed to receive her free birthday-bundtlet despite her proving legitimacy with her school ID and email proof of the corporate coupon. He was so wrong and unprofessionally impolite in his actions that I had to be called into the store to address this mistake on his part. *Note: No minor is required to show any such thing in order to receive a gift that their corporate parent company has emailed. The email and coupon itself are enough. Who does this sort of thing? Why would you continue trying to pull this type of fast-one when a parent who clearly knows how the company does things and how you're supposed to treat a customer is sitting there politely enforcing his child's protection and making it clear what you're doing is seriously wrong? "Be prepared to show photo ID." was complied with when she showed you both her school ID info and the email. Why do you "require" state ID, COVID Card, or Birth Certificate? Don't sit there saying you're following corporate procedure when clearly corporate (who you franchise through) DOES NOT REQUIRE ANY SUCH THING FOR A MINOR. Even as an adult you can't "require" anything of which you requested/demanded. All you'd be allowed to see would possibly be my license and even then legally you cannot demand such things from a minor, so why comply and provide any ID at all? Your request was suspect and arguably absurd. Everyone, never in the past 13+ years of going to this location has anyone ever treated any of us like this. All the other local locations are amazing and never pull this sort of illegal request. As a result complaints have been filed and the corporate parent company has been made fully aware of H.P. making this attempt to pull a fast-one. DO NOT SHOP HERE. USE DUBLIN OR SAN LEANDRO INSTEAD. THOSE LOCATIONS ARE A DIFFERENT OWNER.

Was here a few weekends back. Girls up front were sweet and helpful when purchasing cake. But I am upset to say that my experience was made unpleasant due to the loud screams and laughter that was coming from the back of the store. It was hard to even hear what the girl up front was saying to me, and I had to repeat myself over and over again so that she could properly hear me. Overall, the food was good, only thing is the noise level that made my experience not up to par.

How are you a place that sells bundts for individuals and you can't give someone a fork? It's not that expensive. I think that is just crazy. I went in a got a bundt and asked for a fork so I could eat it in the car and she said they do not give forks here. Way to dig deep. Also to whoever responded to my review, nice of you to assume someone has a home to go eat their cake at.

Great product but I had a less than perfect experience when I stopped by today. Car was getting tires put on across the street so I stopped by NBC for a bundtlet. After paying I asked for a fork and was told "we don't have those, we're not dine in". Which just seems like a lazy excuse. Now I have a Bundt cake that I would rather not eat with my hands so it's going to have to wait 2 hours for me to get home... hungry.

Nothing Bundt Cakes has the most delicious cakes. They are so moist and not too sweet. The decorations that you can add to the cakes are super cute too. I love that I can get individual sized bundlets when I have a craving for the bundt cakes. My favorite flavor is red velvet. I also like chocolate chocolate chip and white chocolate raspberry. The service here has been excellent.

These Bundt cakes are delicious. The blueberry was amazing. The lemon is to die for the carrot is amazing. The strawberry is good and the strawberry cheesecake is wonderful. The white chocolate raspberry is to die for the chocolate chip is great. The pumpkin was delicious with all the cinnamon and spice this place is definitely a go to place if you want to bring a snack or a cake to a party. This is the place to go. If you want to get smaller ones they have what's called Buntinis you need to call ahead and order them. Otherwise you can get the Bundt cake and then you can also order larger ones for a larger party and they have make all flavors and they are incredible. You cannot go wrong.
