Just drove by and it's closed. Gone. Signs are down and it's empty inside the restaurant.

Adequate visit. Difficult to fully review, as the restaurant is strictly take-out only as of this writing, due to Covid (they're also doing Gig deliveries). No outdoor seating although this looks possible, both in theory and in practice due to their outdoor patio? However, the restaurant lies within a hyper-vigilant county with respect to Covid ordinance restrictions, so that's that. Me and a buddy worked up a lil' appetite after hitting a nearby auto salvage yard (Pick and Pull). I had gift cards and treated. I ordered the Steakhouse Salad and he the lunch special burger. Food was decent. Buddy's a picky eater but he "liked his burger." A little awkward ordering, with their narrow side door used for ordering & pick up, so kind of a bottleneck-"choke point" in that area. Multiple patrons and employees trying to jostle in and out of the restaurant not really social distancing. But masks are posted required. Lunch menu prices fairly decent all things considered for the area (Silicon Valley-San Jose Metro). They also look to serve takeout alcoholic drunks, err drinks if you're in the mood for that. Would return again.

I love this place order all the time during Covid. However my steak was cooked perfectly but was such a bad piece of steak this time. I could barely eat most of it. Very gristly this time. Was so disappointed as today is my birthday as well.

I ordered online at noon for one meal for pick up at 5:30 pm. Checked in with staff upon arrival and they were nowhere to be found for the next half hour. I had to call in to let them know that we're still waiting in the parking lot. Food came out at 6:00 pm.

This location has go e downhill dramatically in service, I understand that we are in a pandemic and restaurant S are forced to do takeout dining or delivery. However, if you can't accommodate your customers and fulfill orders in a timely manner (or at all) then you shouldn't be open. I sat in their parking lot for over an hour waiting for my order along with one other customer. We watched several customers come and go without us be addressed. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was ignored and when I told the to cancel my order I got a simple OKAY and they walked away. I guess it's off to union city for the other steak house.

Getting into it now My order to go: Tortilla soup Coco shrimp Blooming onion And more. Broke my plastic fork cutting the filet mignon. But it's good. (But I really want to get started. So I'll get back to you. So far so good.)

Delicious, safe service, outdoor dining. Best customer service and bathrooms have enough space and they promote washing hands properly and 30 seconds and they ask you to get the door with a paper towel! Enjoyed it!

Called for pickup, immediately placed on hold for 10mins. Some picked up and immediately placed me on hold again. 15mins later said it was going to be 45min wait, and before I could finishing my question, hung up in me. Too expensive for the bother and food.

I came here last Sunday afternoon about 2 p.m., hungry and ready to watch the football game. Unfortunately there is no way to watch the game as the TVs are inside and sitting is outside. The service was very friendly, helpful and the food Yummy. I had filet mignon, a sweet potato, a saucy-shrimp side on the side, as well as a caesar salad. All were right on temperature and taste. If I am ever in this neighborhood again, I will be sure to stop by and have me another 6-9 Oz filet mignon, medium rare ?

I just want to start off by saying I wanted to give it 2half but I can't so 2 is the best option besides that I was helped out buy a guy named josh he did very good was surprised on how some poor cooking restaurant had a good worker like him but the food was flavorless I had french onion soup and it tasted like hospital soup but the worst thing was that the soup was just reheated everything inside was already hard and cold but then reheated and the baked potato was worst than the wendys baked potato and the steak was flavorless no pepper no salt nothing very disappointed 97.00 was not worth it oh also the wings are so small but josh he was a good worker so that something good.... wouldn't come back:)

After months of the Outback Steakhouse Gift Card that was given to me by my uncle - sitting in my wallet waiting to be put towards a yummy steak; I finally decided to place a to-go order and come down to pick it up tonight. I ordered a 12oz ribeye with lobster tail (add $9.99) along with a "Salted Caramel Cookie Skillet." The meal comes with two sides of your choice as well as complimentary bread/butter. For me, loaded mashed potatoes and a house salad. I arrived and parked in the designated curbside pickup area. Shortly after, I was greeted by a friendly waitress, confirmed my order with her and was brought my food - all nice and warm. Overall, I must admit that everything was good. Why not 5 stars? Let's just say that I'm very glad that I had a $25 gift card because my total was $49.13 ($24.13 after gift card application). Ouch. Despite the food again being good and me overall having a nice experience, I don't think I'd come back and pay this at full price.

We had a very pleasant and yummy experience tonight. Josh was our server and let me say his customer services was amazing. The food is always good but when you have a server who and friendly and attentive it makes the experience that much better. All of our food was good. Drinks were perfect and even though we were outside due to Covid dining we had a great time. I will definitely be looking for Josh to be our server again. Thank you all for a wonderful dinner in a very trying time.
