Sketchy & unprofessional management.They charged me $16 for a $12 item. When I asked them about it the manager could not articulate his reason and just walked away saying, “everything so expensive” in a really sassy way.I definitely won’t be coming here again, and I actively advise against it. There are plenty of other pho places this one is not special.If you check out other reviews of this place you’ll find that flies and general cleanliness are also an issue.

I ordered the rare steak and brisket to go. After preparing my soup, I nuked the broth in the microwave so it’d be nice and hot. Boy was I in for a surprise…!As I’m mixing up everything I spotted a fly! I was a little grossed out, but wanted to be fair/reasonable and give them benefit of the doubt..because these things happen sometimes right? lol WRONG!!!!Within seconds one fly turned into two, then three, and well… you get the picture of where I’m going with these LITERALLY! This is unacceptable. I’m so glad I did not take a bite and I caught this while I was mixing everything up. Stay far away from this disgusting place. They don’t care about their customers!!

Only the rice was a little more dry.They have 3 sauces on the table - hoisin, red chilli and sriracha.Sure would like to visit again

Service is crazy fast, I mean two minutes after placing our order everything was already out. I don't know what sort of witchcraft they're doing back there but I appreciate it.Their drinks are also really good (especially the Thai tea) but the best item they have is the pandan waffle! Made to order and so warm and soft and fluffy. There's bits of coconut mixed in which makes it even more delicious ? seriously order it if you've never tried it

I ordered online thru the google link but when I picked up my order apparently the payment went thru but it did not go to the restaurant so for now I’ll be calling in my orders or dining in. The place smells so good right when you walk in and the food is phenomenal.

For lunch I went to Pho 99 with my co-worker, the first thought I had when I walked in was how beautiful and clean everything was. It was very hot today and I didn't want pho so I had the grilled pork chop, fried chicken wings and egg roll over rice. It was delicious, I absolutely loved the egg rolls. I'll be coming back to try other dishes. Overall I had a great experience. Pho 99 has a beautiful ambiance, friendly staff and fast service. Highly recommend.

I have been to this restaurant many times. The food is great and tasty overall, from the rice dish to noodle soup. My favorite is the Pho Special with meatballs and the Rice Special Combinations. For drinks I like the durian shake.The service is very friendly and fast. You get your food in 5 minutes.The price of the food is very decent and great portions on all dishes.As for Vietnamese food goes in the city of Fremont, Pho 99 is your best bet on taste, service and price.
