Pizza was not great. My daughter makes better pizza at home. The wings tasted horrible. We threw them away. To top it all they have started charging extra for Ranch and crushed pepper. Total rip-off

It was my first time ordering from this place and we decided to do, a pick up in our car. First, of all it's a strange route to get into this location and parking lot. Since, I ordered online to pick-up, and since we are in a Covid-19 pandemic you can either go inside the store to pick up or arrive and they will provide no-contact help to your car, you tell them where you want your pizza put, like in your trunk or on top of your car, this was interesting to me. So, I arrived and did an online check-in and clicked on the - I'm here!. This way pizza hut knows, that I've arrived at location and I'm waiting in my car. I think, this is a great option. But, I guess since it might be a new service it's not working so well, because I just waited and waited. I noticed, the customer next to me in the parking lot, so upset and she got out of her car and opened the pizza hut door and basically screamed in her mask to the workers, since she's been waiting for a long time. Then, only did the same guy worker, asked through my window my name. I got, my pizza and he put it in my trunk. Next time, I won't even waste my time to do pick-up and will just get my pizza delivered.

Asked for spinach, chicken, and bacon on my pizza. I received a pizza covered in so much bacon and chicken my mouth is dying from the sodium. But alas I only had two slices with a couple leaves of spinach. It seems this place is not a fan of veggies. The tomato sauce was overwhelming in its flavor. This place could use a bit more work when preparing a pizza

On of the staff member was wearing his mask off his face and on his head and your suppose to wear your mask at all times especially if you are working in food!!! Customer service is horrible! Manager Pajet was rude they messed up on my order and only wanted to give me $5 credit for there mistake!!! When I was in the restaurant to pick up my pizza at the time it suppose to be ready they had messed up on some else’s order and I had to wait longer pick up was at 4:20p and I didn’t get my food till 4:55p just to get a cold pizza and a pizza missing toppings. Pajet she was rude and I will never come to this Pizza Hut again!! DONT COME TO THIS PIZZA HUT!!

Yesterday was my first time coming here in many years and this review is specifically for how things went during the COVID-19 pandemic... I placed my order online and paid with a credit card. Upon arriving (and only waiting outside for a minute or so), a gentleman came out to ask me my name. A few seconds later, he signaled for me to come inside after the previous customer had left. My pizzas were ready a few minutes ahead of the scheduled pick-up time and the experience was painless!

The only reason I would come to Pizza Hut is their stuffed crust!! Or their occasional deals, like today's large 3-topping pizza for $9.99. They don't always get the stuffed crust formula right, but when they do, the cheese (I believe mozzarella?) oozing out of the crunchy crust is legit. The dough formula and baking method seem satisfactory because the pizza base itself is not bad. I would not waste this pizza crust (Tip: dip it in some extra virgin olive oil with black pepper, yum!). Overall, the sauces and flavors here are pretty unexceptional. I come for the crust lol. Pan pizza is goat.This particular location is really not generous with the toppings so that sucks lol. But I've never been disappointed here because, well, it's pizza!
I remember winning a book reading contest in elementary school. My teacher took us to pizza as a reward. My friend dumped red pepper flakes on her pizza slice. Not wanting to appear naive, instead of asking what red pepper flakes were, I also dumped them on my pizza. My pizza is now on fire to my elementary school mouth, but I can't make a scene and wipe all the pepper off! Anyway, so we stopped by Pizza Hut during quarantine to pick up a couple pies. I had tastes of the backyard BBQ pizza, chicken bacon parmesan pizza, and meat lover's pizza. Overall, the pizza felt *too* airy, as in there were a couple too many air pockets in the dough itself. The cheese was also a bit dried out and the toppings were cut pretty small, but it is a pizza chain, so I wasn't expecting too much. I would also have liked the pizza to be a bit more moist and chewy. I did like the garlic butter sauce that they use on their crusts though. - Backyard BBQ pizza (BBQ sauce, grilled chicken, bacon and red onion): I do generally go for bbq pizza but the chicken was a bit dry, while the bacon and red onion were cut up into small slivers. It did the job for filling me up, but I wouldn't particularly recommend it to someone else. - Chicken bacon parmesan pizza (chicken, bacon, tomatoes, parmesan crust): Also a pretty big bacon fan, so was a bit disappointed when the bacon was also cut thinly on this. As others mentioned, I didn't especially see additional parmesan on this pizza. - Meat lover's pizza (pepperoni, Italian sausage, ham, bacon, seasoned pork and beef): This pizza actually had a decent amount of toppings on it, and it's hard to go wrong with meat lover's. I would probably go with this one again if I stopped at Pizza Hut in the future. Overall a 3/5 on the spot!

We just called to put in an order and guy answering took the order and then said “it’s too complicated, can you place you order online?” Not sure what was complicated about ordering a pizza. We went online and it said its closed. We called back and no one picked up. He took our time and now everything is closed due to curfew. This is customer service at a time like this. Will not be coming back to this pizza hut again.

My daughter always likes Pizza Hut, so I drove to this location to pick up some for her birthday. The pizza was fine, and I luckily did not experience any problems, as others have. I removed one star because this location is EXTREMELY hard to find. It is tucked behind a bank, it is very hard to see. I was not able to see it from Fremont Blvd, so I had to trust the GPS and access the parking lot from the back on Union Street.
