Called in restaurant to ask for daily menu as website didn’t had up to date menu. Call representative only responded with curry option and hang up the call.It would be best to update website with food information on weekly basis as thali items keep on changing.
We were a family of five. When we came :1. We had to stand at the counter to decide and order2. We asked the waiter for water and he pointed to a corner where to get water for our family.3. I had to get up three to four times during my meal as we added items to our orders. I had to stand in queue again every time for the order4. The person at the counter is telling me why can't I order everything together as it's botehring him!!! Seriously!!!I understand that there are restauranats that dont proivde service and that's fair. BUT THAN THEY CHARGE 18% AS SERVICE?GRATUITY!!!!! FOR WHAT??????????I go to restaurants where I even pay tips after that gratuity but then I get the service and treatment. If this is NOT service restaurant why charge 18%? I felt cheated as I felt I am paying for something I did not get.The food was decent, nothing extra ordinary but not bad either.

First time here and what a disappointment! These so called Thais are just ok. They only refill select few items with resentment. Overall this is just a try hard Rajasthani restaurant that fails to deliver on all aspects - food, service, ambience. Sorry, not coming back here again.

We went to Rajawadi Thali again for the second time in a few months since we liked it the first time. However the second time was a disappointment. No change to the ambiance. Food was not as good as the first time, except for Shrikhand which was delicious. Most of the food items were cold. Will not go again for a while.

Every time we go here … we are fully satisfied and it’s has fullVeg thali unlimited non spicy typical Gujrati thali… with almost all possible items ..plus sweets and kids eat freeMost importantly owners /cashier ….take care of customers …I felt genuinely he wants his customers leaving restaurant with satisfaction .. which is rare to seekudos for that gesture!Kid-friendliness: Kids to owner …kids eat free and most importantly lovely kids sweets
I dined out with my family and thoroughly enjoyed the food. Their unlimited Thali was a delightful experience! I had multiple servings of AamRas, sabzi, and dessert. We also tried items from their Chaat section, and the Gobi Manchurian, Chaat, and Paani puri were all delicious. I highly recommend giving them a try!

Pathetic service and incredibly long wait times. Went today and ordered the Holi special thali and had to wait for 45 minutes with 2 hungry toddlers. Yet no single of food. We were left with no choice but to get up and leave as there was no end in sight. Please improve the service if you want to sustain long term in the area.

Went yesterday for lunch they had holy special thali but there was nothing special in it curry's was gobi dal mkhanai some mutter curry and paneer butter masala I was like what ? Also we ordered a kids meal which is limited and not enough for a 10 year old bad choice . See if was so slow I lost my desire to eat . Not sure if they were under staff or was lunch break but dissatisfied.

will start with service - very poor . had to call them couple of times for refill . had to ask for chaat which should have come with executive thali by default. Next food - nowhere close to what other thali places have. not all the dishes were as given in the menu . Many dishes have sugar in it , maybe that is by design but something to watch out for diabetics . Even Paneer had sugar in it .
