Extremely chill place. Amazing ambience with great tasting food. The service was ON point!! Also, the price is great for the food served. 5/5 recommend coming here. You will have a great yakitori experience!

Was eager and happy to try a new Ramen restaurant in the area but....... When I arrived with my family at 5:50 pm on a Monday, the door was unlocked and we walked into a completely empty restaurant. I mean not only were there no customers there also weren't any employees. The kitchen was dark and the back door was wide open. Felt super sketchy. Said hello really loud but no response. Super disappointing.

The shrimp tempura and the original ramen were delicious. Our server was very helpful and polite. The restaurant was clean inside and out. We will definitely be going back.

This ramen place had the best black garlic ramen I've tasted. I really recommend that to people who are trying it out. Even thought the exterior may look a little off, the interior is really nicely decorated! It makes you feel like home. And the customer service is so awesome! Their was one lady at the front in particular that was so kind to us. I really love this place, and we will be visiting again very soon!

It's nice to be able to find a place where the chef takes pride in his craft. We had the ramen and various yakitoris and the majority came out well. The ramen was above average, but definitely not the star of the restaurant. They really should rebrand to Yaki O because the majority had me going yaki woah. I especially enjoyed the grilled mushrooms and pork belly. I was also pleasantly surprised to see my skewers come out one at a time and happy to hear the reason was because quote "the chef likes to grill his meats to perfection." They definitely need some remodeling, but all in all this was a good experience. Oh, and I came with the love of my life, so that automatically inflates any experience to a 5/5.

For $17 you get: -Watery ramen broth that lacks flavor -Over cooked chasu -Half egg If you're charging this much for ramen at least give a whole egg! -Stinky dining room. First time stepping in I noticed a strong, unpleasant odor. -Uninviting and cold decor. -Dirty drinking water. My cup of water had black sediments. Good thing I brought my own water. If you want really good ramen then visit either Yugo Ramen or Cocolo Ramen. Ramen O isn't worth the $17 for one bowl of flavorless "ramen."

It was my first time here w/ my aunt and the server was more than pleasurable in terms of service provided and she had a common interest with me for rilakkumma! Amazing impression, presentation of food, and food was exceptional! Overall very pleased and will be definitely coming back.

If you would taste different tonkastu broth other than heavy, this is a right place to try. As a ramen junkie, I went to at least 20+ ramen shops in both Tokyo and Bay Area including famous 一蘭 ichiran, ä¸€é¢¨å ‚ ippudo, 無敵家 mutekiya, 俺ん家 orenchi, and 凪 Nagi. I would say this ramen is top 10 in my ranking. Though this location is not the best, I believe it will get more attention as the time goes by. Ribeye ramen is one of the kind and it's worth to try. Will visit again soon. If ramen serving with one whole egg, I will give 5 stars.

This is a hidden gem. Very private, probably due to soft opening. We ordered variety of yakitori such as pork belly, shiitake mushroom, beef, chicken breast, tomato, mushroom and ribeye. They are very delicious, bbq to perfection. We ordered original premium ramen with soft shell crab. Delicious and served with warmth bowl. Will come back soon...

Firstly, why does this pace smell like a bathroom? The parking is in the back but the deck entrance there is all busted up and breaking down. I thought this place was new? The ramen tastes like water. I got mine spicy and even then, the taste was incredibly plain. Someone said this is like ramen in Japan... what a joke. Ramen in Japan is thick and an explosion in your mouth, this was more like meat tea. Then the noodles are too hard so it doesn't even soak up any of the "broth". They honestly seem like frozen noodles cooked up. I came at 6:30pm and expected some people here for dinner. It was completely empty which worries me. It was so dead that the woman even seemed shocked to see that anyone walked inside. She turned on the lights and music once she sat me down. I guess for mood setting? It was so quiet. I even saw a family come in, sat down and was given the menu, took a look, and then told the waitress they would leave. They use an app if you pay by card and it charges tip after tax. It doesn't give you an option to do custom tip, and the minimum tip is 15% after tax and not before. So even though the menu says $12-13 for ramen, you end up paying $18 minimum. It is a robbery considering how bland the food is. It's just not worth it to eat here. If you want ramen, go down Decoto Rd to the ramen place by Union City BART or down Fremont Blvd until it turns into Alvarado Niles to the ramen place across from Red Ribbon. Better bang for your buck.

First time going here for us and we were happily surprised! This place is fairly new and we only recognized that it was new when we saw it while at another restaurant across the street. Previously this place was a K-Pop Karaoke spot and the building is in a not too visible area next to the 7-11. The decor is pretty nondescript and might throw you off when you walk in. It honestly don't let it pull your way, since it's all things that can be fixed. What surprised us was the food! It was very tasty! The small plates were all excellently seasoned and I enjoyed everything. The Ramen, very good! I had the O Original, Premium Style which have a few extra items including black garlic, at a Spicy level. Super good! Broth was very well seasoned, the noodles were a little el dente, which I actually enjoyed. Overall, we enjoyed it. Once they do some work to the decor and outside signage to help with parking and such, I think this place can do very well.
