We liked it, but it is now out of business. "Peri Peri" occupies the spot.

The worst place I have even been! We choose to fine in, but still give us a paper cup, am I in the dream??? And part of the noodles are uncooked, the broth basically no flavor, seemed just water with salt?

This place used to be ok before the pandemic. During the pandemic they had been just doing to-go for a long time until they finally opened for dine-in recently. We decided to go back to give it a try again. As people mentioned in the reviews, I was surprised they have the courage to charge people $16 for a bowl of blended noodles with watery broth, along with only a couple of small beef cubes which is smaller than my finger tips. For the broth, I was unable to taste anything other than thin msg. There wasn't even any taste or saltiness in there. The thin noodles I have ordered were blend and not cooked through. There were even some portion of the noodle that were still raw. The small beef cubes were also flavorless. I had to ask them to get me another bowl because of the half-cooked noodle, and the waitress was not pleased at all. She said the noodle was supposed to be "chewy" because they were fresh, not until I showed her the uncooked portion that got bunched up together. It was clearly from the fridge and she still wanted to argue with me. I ended up returning the bowl and watched my wife finish hers since I was so unhappy with them. I heard they are opening another one somewhere in Milpitas. I am taking a note of it and avoid both at the same time!

Great noodle! I can chew the effort within it. I love the thinly sliced radish, and minced garlic sprouts, really shows the chef's ability of knife. Thanks for dicing the beef too. I do think the broth could still be improved. The portion is slightly on the small side but that's not a problem to me.

Really a TINY portion for the la mian. No chopsticks or forks for to go orders. What did you expect me to eat them with? Really a bad experience. Won’t return.

It is not only about how bad the restaurant is, it totally becomes a fraud. When we arrived, we were the only customers. We ordered noodles with additional beef and eggs. The waitress served without any of the additional stuff. We also ordered different type of noodles, and "expectedly" we got exactly the same thing. If you think the irresponsible service + dirty environment are not the worst, you are so wrong. Days later when I tried to pay my credit card, I found that they charged 2 transactions, one with the tip and one without. How amazing it that? If I didn't check the items in the bill carefully, I would be charged 100+ dollars for everything shitty. Now I have to file a dispute to the bank and hope for the best. The incompetent waitress should just be FIRED, and this fraudulent place should be permanently closed! I swear I will never visit again.

I'm debating whether I should give it one star or two star. 1.5 stars, probably. They don't have AC, and the Sevice is outrageous. I feel I'm owing their servers money. Oh... ye, their chefs are not wearing mask. Generously speaking, I'm also a bit concerned about their hygiene. Probably because of COVID, they serve you everything in to-go box even you do indoor dining. They do take credit cards, including Amex. The food is okay, a meh. Not awful, but quite expensive. My beef noodle (large) comes with three to four very small and thin slices of beef and it now cost ~$15 pre-tax. It's a scam IMO -- beef is probably only for "dressing." I'm very disappointed about the portion of the beef. The beef soup is okay. Anyway, it's a bummer and none in the party want to come back again. P.S. We are the only group of customers during lunch time on a weekend. Not crowd at all.

Wonderful Ranchu Ramen. Recommend medium thin noodle if you like a bit chewy type.Environment is average, but very friendly staff.

Totally scam.... Never will be back. The staff working in the kitchen not wearing mask. The restaurant are dirty and dark. I ordered pick up on a Sunday lunch hour. Ordered one small size, one large size of the signature dish Lanzhou Pull noodle with beef. It was nearly $30 for this two bowl of noodles only. But the serving size are really little. There is absolutely no difference for the small and large bowl, is just more expensive. But same portion! Total scam, the beef is not in full pieces. It is cut into super small cube. For the large size there were only 6 small size cube that's it??? It is crazy!!! While in pandemic the small business are suffering. But how can customer support you if you served such a small portion?? Cubed size meat in a Lanzhou noodle? I never seen it!

Came here for lunch by accident - the korean place next door had only take-out. The Lamian was delicious - just had little meat (would expect more than small cut chunks for $13), the tomato/egg noodles was delicious loved how it was fried, and dumplings were delicious.

The food is good and hope they will last. We ordered spicy lamb soup and braised pork noodles both are tasty.

They only serve food in take out box even if you dine in. The food are small portions. Tiny sprinkle of beef in the beef noodle if you did not order extra meat. Definitely disappointed ☹️. Recommend not to dine in, COVID has transformed this restaurant into a take out place. To be honest, the noodles are still high quality. But everything else is disappointed.
