I WASTED 7 BUCKS AND 30 MINS ON A ROTTON AVOCADO SMOOTHIE i'm actually very disappointed i've had good and sub par avocado smoothies but this doesn't even make it on the sub par list. How does it take 30 mins to make a single smoothie like dawg. yeah don't come here for their drinks i've heard their food is decent i guess. I even asked them to change it which they did but it did not change the taste at all. I've had avocado smoothies in the past and I know they aren't supposed to taste like this...

I was able to try this place thanks to the Too Good to Go app, and it was pleasantly surprising! I got a fruit tea, milk tea, and spicy onion rings for less than $10 - the milk tea had just the right sugar level, making it go down easy without being overly sweet, and paired with the onion rings, truly hit the spot! The store was still relatively busy around closing hour, and it's located in south Fremont in a strip mall with not much else around (the parking lot can be a bit spooky at night, so be aware if you're alone). If it weren't for the location, I would be frequenting this place more often, as the flavors, service, and quality were all there.

How can server hear my order when he had AirPods on while taking my order? Didn't get my squid balls that I ordered, ask for no spice on the calamari and got spicy over fried calamari...I get that my visit was not during peak times but overall this location was disappointing...will not come back...

I have recently tried Thai Milk Tea from tapioca express it was an absolute delight! The creamy texture with Thai tea aroma was on point . The service was prompt and friendlyI highly recommend this Thai milk tea at tapioca Express Store for anyone seeking an delicious beverage. It's become my go-to drink, and can't wait to order again

They serve halal chicken!!!! Popcorn chicken, chicken wings and chicken wraps! This is a plus since I have friends that eat halal.The staff is what makes me coming back. 3 guys during closing and 1 was so sweet! Got a milk tea w boba which was soo good and fries that were well seasoned.They offer student discounts. Plenty of parking in the plaza. Store is nice and clean.

I went there last night, Ive been going to Tapioca Express since I was a kid, this one I think open for 2 years, so I pass by today to try, I order milk tea, Oreo cookie snow bubble, popcorn chicken, calamari, jasmine green tea with jelly, all are pretty good and soooo yummy and this store is very clean, menu is cute, customer service is nice, everything is great, i recommend anyone who crave bubble tea and popcorn chicken should definitely try this store

I really like their chichi fries when it's fresh and warm. The avocado shake can be better due to the fact that I'm not a big fan of too much ice in my avocado shake. One thing in my order that can be improved is maybe make the avocado shake smooth texture. Unless I ordered something different other than a regular shake. But other than that I would order the chichi fries again in person. I like their chi chi fries better than the one in San Jose. Another feedback I would say don't be afraid to greet your guest and say welcome every time because it makes a huge difference.

First time walk in to this place and very disappointed ordered pop corn chicken for my daughter price $7.00 no problem but hate the fact. That is the nasty pop corn chicken taste like Indian Spiced popcorn left over small pieces of chicken very disappointed and there is a garlic chunk of pieces are inside. I am confused is it pop corn chicken or garlic popcorn ... Not recommend to buy garlic spicy popcorn ooops my bad popcorn chicken.. very disappointed and hate the fact this guys just ripped me off selling wrong stuff ...See the picture below you decide ....dried left over small chicken bites ....

Just by looking at the menu, there was a lot of food/drinks option to choose from. I chose the mango & peach snow bubble with mango jelly and a small box of macarons. I remember how tapex used to be popular back when I was in high school or even earlier but I never had the chance to check it out. I know there are a few other tapex location surrounding the bay, but this is my first time going to a tapex and this location to redeem my prize. The mango & peach snow bubble (smoothie) was actually pretty good. The combo of mango & peach can never go wrong, and it always hits the spot if you want something fruity and refreshing. The macarons was ehh for a boba spot to have. Of course, it doesn't beat French macarons, but I got it for free, so can't complain too much. I tried to look at their website if they had a description of what flavors they are, but couldn't find any, so I had to guess by the taste and color. I assume the yellow is lemon, green is pistachio, red is berry, and not sure what brown is. It had barely any flavor. Will I go back? Maybe, but not at this location. Since there's boba places popping up left & right, I'll probably go elsewhere to get boba, but it was a decent experience.
Finally stopped in to try the halal Tapioca express yes I said Halal. The one joy of living in the bay is the chance of one of your favorite chains being HALAL. We ordered the chi chi fries and popcorn chicken for the kids. There are five different level of spice level depending on you liking. No spice, Mild, spicy, extra spicy, and only spicy. For the older kids we did level 3 spicy and for kids we did mild. It was tolerable and no complaints. Yes for us adults we took it up a notch and went number five, extra spicy. As it was a cold evening we added Okinawa hot tea: a mixture brown sugar honey with tea to wake up your day. But I have to say it was super super sweet. I did dilute it with black tea. I think In the future I'll have to ask for less sugar. But I'm sure if it was iced It would have been perfect.They are a newbie in the area, grand opening was in May. Sidhart Waited on us and helped us with our orders. My kids love boba and usually know the menu better then I. I'm always lost and still in search of my most perfect cold and hot drink. Thank for the help. As it was a very cold evening kids didn't order drinks. But we shall be back.

Decided to try this place. The drinks are pretty good and sweet. The crispy halal chicken was pretty good, a little over cooked so it was pretty hard to chew but it would have tasted better. Molasses milk latte was sooooo good! Next time I plan on getting it 50% because 75% was still pretty sweet. I would try this place again. The service was great, they were very friendly. And the ambiance was a typical spot.

First time going to this tapioca express. I always go to the one in union city. I prefer the milk tea at union city. It tastes better there. I ordered a large milk tea with small tapioca. My mom got a mango snow with boba. I preferred her drink over mine and she got 75% sweet. The mango that was included was hard but that was the only downside of the drink she got. I also liked the large tapioca in her drink and I rarely like large tapioca for drinks. I would come here again and order a mango snow.
