I just received and order from doordash which i placed for 2 biryanis and one chicken tandoori leg piece...This is how i received the leg piece, this thing is uneatable and doesn't look right. I know its just $4 worth but if you want to maintain the standard of your restaurant this is not the right thing to give out to customer

I personal like the biryanis and chat over here. Total "value for money"

I have tried all types of biryani and appetizers, they were really yummy with affordable prize. The quantity and the quality of the food was really impressive. Well done guys. Keep up the good work.

One of the worst place to have food from in Bay Area. It took a while to clean off the food color from hands. Dint expect this from any were in USA

Got an email from them about ordering online and picking up curbside during Corona Virus pandemic, so I ordered and got order confirmation. When I went to pickup the food, no one answered the food for curbside pickup, so I went inside and was told they don’t have my order.

I thought of giving the place a try & ordered chili chicken- by far the worst I have eaten! Really bad quality- looked stale! I thought would get sick eating this amid this covid19 scare!

When that chaat craving hits you just have to have some. So its super annoying when you get to a place and they do not have more than 80% of their menu available. Went to Spice Palate yesterday and was sorely disappointed and left empty handed. First of all this is strictly a take out place located within an Indian grocery store. Its right at the door as you enter so the food is exposed to the open door of the store. There is a large patio area where they could easily set up folding tables and chairs but no such luck. They have a decent menu with lots of chaat options which apparently they do not actually carry. Yesterday they said the only things they had available were the stale dry looking stuff that had been under the heat lamps for goodness knows how long. I had even called ahead and asked if they were open and serving chaat and the gentleman who answered said yes. It would have been appreciated if he had been honest and said yes they are open but no they are not serving chaat.

You may not get the best Indian food ever for the extremely low prices you pay here, but considering the taste, it’s the best one can get for the price you pay.

We have been ordering from Spice Palate for last 2 years, but the quality has reduced ever so much, the Hyderabadi Chicken Biryani used to be good, juicy chicken pieces and very tasty, but for last 6 months not sure if management has changed or chef changed, it is tasteless, dry rice into which chicken pieces are put, no spice (masala) mix... Other items such as Paneer items or Bajji also quality has gone down a lot. Sad to see my favorite food spot going bad.

Very slow and their grubhub app is always "down"

I don't understand what's wrong with guys who work in the front end of this place.. they just never smile at a customer! So weird to see that serious faces while talking. By the way , irani chai is great here.. worth trying if you are a fan of Hyderabadi Irani chai.

Be careful of these guys promoting $4.99 biriyani. They were good with their biriyani last month. Seems after getting lot of crowd, they started cheating this month. Absolutely nonsense stupid owner to give biriyani with just colorful Rice and one single leg piece with no spice. Store Management - please charge right money n give good Biriyani. This is Bay Area and people are well up to our even $20 Per plate if the quality is good. We r not here minimum wage people looking for $5 biryani. Think smart.
