I'm surprised by the bad comments:( I often frequent this location during the weekday mornings, and the staff is always so kind. It does get quite busy on the weekends, but it's to be expected when the teenagers are there constantly ordering frap's. The only major bummer is that there is not a sitting area.

The employees at this location are RUDE.I needed a sugar boost on a Saturday morning so I ordered a double chocolate chip frap with extra whip. The cashier seemed new so she didn’t quite get my order, which was okay with me. She turned around and asked her supervisor/manager about my request. That lady walked over to cashier; the cashier asked whether we do this and she’s like no but just charge her extra for this. The entire time, she made ZERO EYE CONTACT with me. She charged me 60 cents extra which I was willing to pay for but the tone, attitude and customer service was so so sooooo terrible.I ordered the same exact drink at another location just last week, NO upcharge. I have been ordering this drink with extra whip so many times and I was never charged extra for it. I am very upset that people who work here are rude and far from being professional.

I visited this Starbucks for the first time today, and my experience left me quite perplexed. I usually order an ice shaken espresso with brown sugar syrup, a combination that typically costs me $4.5. However, today, the lady charged me $7 for the same drink.When I questioned the price difference, the lady explained that my combination was considered a seasonal special, thus justifying the higher cost. This came as a surprise to me, as I've never encountered such a situation at other Starbucks locations.I double-checked on the app, and it still showed the standard price of $4.5, not $7. It's rather confusing that customers at this particular Starbucks must be extremely vigilant about their beverage combinations to avoid unexpected overcharges.This pricing inconsistency, coupled with the fact that the app still showed the lower price, raised suspicions about their intentions. I couldn’t help but feel that they were trying to take advantage of their customers.

Typical lackluster Target Starbucks.Single employee. No chairs. Limited non beverage goods.Stick to ordering tik tok drinks.Ordering an actual espresso drink will make you sad. With all of the actual coffee shops around, the only reason to go here is to get a nice milkshake. Otherwise known as a"frappuccino".

Very bad experience with a Starbuck employee for first time.this dud with long hair was speaking I couldn’t even hear then I asked for caramel he said we’re out I said grande size he said we’re out of those cups he didn’t even said Hi what can I get u neither asked name for the order.
