Me and my co workers go here quite often for work, and know and like most of the staff they are awesome and know how to make our drinks without problem. But one worker in particular I believe she is the manger always messes up our drinks. At first she was at another store I used to go to often but now she is at this store. I used to think it was just me who she messed up orders for but come to find out there is a lot more then me example a co worker ordered a basic coffee he received his coffee and it was just warm and not even hot. He let her know it was cold, and she poured it out and poured another cup from the same pot. Again, it was warm and not hot. He returned it again and told her, and she said that it is on the hot tray and it should be fine . After arguing for a second, he proceeded to just ask for his money back. Many other co workers have had problems with drinks she makes for them, half the time she is there and making drinks, she messes them up. I'm not sure of her name I will try and get it. I would give it a five-star if it wasn’t for the one Manger. Everyone else is awesome.

It is well designed and very convenient since I live less than a mile from there.I usually order through mobile and my orders are ready when I arrived. What is with the complicated bathroom codes and crew back to customers at counter? Wait in line for code to rinse personal cup. Decided to go elsewhere.
