Every time I have visited this Starbucks, there have been young ladies working there where one or more of them have said inappropriate and derogatory things about me. In the past a worker has said "bitch" and "slut" from behind the counter as I'm in the store. Today I was sitting working remotely as usual, and the Asian girl with orangey-blondish hair with glasses was saying similar comments about me in the uncrowded store. She commented to another customer "I don't f*ck with that", referring to me. The only reason I gave two stars is because there is an older woman who I think is the manager who is always kind and has amazing customer service. My drinks have also been fine. The only reason I continue to come hear however is because it's a good spot for working.

My visits to this particular Starbucks don't happen too often but whenever I stop by, I leave happy. I'm normally within the vicinity due to grabbing dinner at a neighboring restaurant and stopping by is just one of those "2 birds, 1 stone" kind of things. My orders tend to happen pretty spot on to closing time and I am thankful not to hear any huffing and puffing from the staff. Drinks are made fairly quickly but as previously stated, my visits don't cross paths with peak periods. The tumbler, mug offerings is pretty good compared to other stores. 4 stars overall because I agree with other reviews about the lack of certain products at this Starbucks.

In regards to Alyssa S' review: I didn't think I would need to explain this to an adult but when you order something at Starbucks, you still have to wait your turn to get food. I was in the lobby when you came in as I frequent this Starbucks often. I know your screaming kid is frustrating but you can't demand your food before they finish getting to people who ordered before you did (such as myself). Maybe if your baby daddy did something and actually helped out with the kid you wouldn't take it out on the Starbucks employee for not giving your child their food item as soon as you ordered it. The Starbucks employees handled it professionally and I have seen them get yelled at too many times for irrational things. Hopefully your review gets taken down for the vulgar language. Coming from someone who was a barista for one of their competitors, people like you are why folks leave the industry. And the staff that day made my drink so well despite the abuse they got from this lady!

Tried placing an order here and we had to just give up. Anything that we tried to order they were sold out of. Some items said available on the app, only to then say sold out when we tried to add them. They didn't have a single Frappuccino available. Pretty much only black coffee available. We gave up and left

Of the 4 or 5 times I've been here they've forgotten my complicated order of black coffee twice. In the future I'll just go to the gas station down the street.

The barista at this particular location was friendly, helpful, and fast with my order. One thing to be aware of though is that since this location is inside a Safeway, there is a very limited selection.

I ordered a hot vanilla Latte. It was made poorly made and taste disgusting. It's taste heavy and oily the girl probably used the wrong type of milk. It taste more like half and half milk. I do not smell or taste the coffee in it. Didn't have the foam in the latte. It feels like the wrong milk was warmed up and vanilla syrup was added to the the milk. I need a refund! Starbucks please reach out!

The slowest Starbucks I have ever been to in my life. The lady who took my order was very nice, but caramel macchiato without caramel? Very interesting...

One of the worst Starbucks experiences at this store. I placed a mobile order with a pick up time at 10:10 am. As I waited, multiple other customers checked in about their mobile orders and got a neutral stock answer of "it's the next one". After observing a few customers getting generic answers and not getting their orders, it was more frustrating to see people who I saw order in store getting their drinks first. Clearly, the order of operations by these baristas is messed up. I got my drink 16 minutes later than the mobile order estimate and it was not even made properly. He didn't add enough ingredients for the Carmel ribbon crunch frappucino and added some extra whipped cream at the bottom to compensate. Also the crunch and caramel were only at the top instead of throughout like how it's made at other stores I've been to. I take it the baristas either need more help or more training. They don't move with urgency, don't acknowledge customers, lie to customers about their order in the queue and are disorganized in how they prioritize in store and mobile orders. This was my first and only time coming to this location. There are other locations around, no need to settle for this one.

Store signs and website says close at 7:30. Get there at 7:00, and they closed. They get orders wrong a lot. Can't wait until Dutch Bros comes to the Bay Area and teaches Starbucks what service is

I went yesterday to get my favorite drink Carmel Ribbon crunch . The girl that made my drink was making it completely wrong. She was was making it as if it was a Carmel frappe with ribbon crunch topping . Honestly I wouldn't have had a problem with it if when I told her that the drink wasn't made correctly. She was like oh that's right grabs a new cup put whip cream the drizzle grab the drink she made pours that in then put the toppings. Then just sits it on the counter with no word . The whole time she was rolling her eyes and just had an attitude. Usually when people make a mistake I don't complain because I'm shy but stuff is getting too expensive to be getting messed up things . Maybe if she wasn't too focus on her make up she would do her job correctly without trying to take short cuts.
