Your typical coffee shop with a great variety of drinks and pastries. At least for my visit they used to go containers for dine in orders, which I find a bit wasteful. The pick up spots for drinks and pastries are different, unmarked and quite far apart, which I find a bit confusing.

I used to love coming here for coffee and pastries…. Not anymore…. Poor quality coffee and pastries are tasteless… customer service is bad, workers are not interested in any engagement nor even care if anyone here or not (watch a few people in line) and all same no approach…. very sad degrading experience…. Today’s latte tasted like hot milk without coffee at all!!! I think our family will pass coming here for awhile… hope owner reads those reviews!!!

Love Sujus's! I grew up on it. My dad's house is down the street from the original and I've gone ever since I was a young lad. ?Vegetarian options: I don't know what else to say.

Horrible service, I was heading to get some coffee and they close at 10. It was 9:49 and they said it was closed. This is horrible service.

Nicely lighted area for studying or having a get together. Quiet atmosphere despite the amount of people.

It’s a good place to go to meet friends or just chill. Just wish the sitting area more comfortable..

Our favorite local coffee and tea place. For a similar price to Starbucks, I’d MUCH rather go here. If you’re a tea person, be sure to ask for their loose leaf menu. Tons of options. Pastries and sandwiches are always good.Parking: We always park in the Grocery Outloet parking lot and walk over. The Suju lot is tiny.

Had my eyes on this coffee place for a while now, and finally went to try it. I ordered an iced white mocha espresso, and it was good. A little too sweet for me, but I'm sure that can be customised. Also ordered a lemon tart, and it was a little disappointing. The tart itself was soft like a cake (should be crispy) and it had a weird eggy smell that bothered me. The taste is pretty good once you get to the end of a bite.

Great place to sit down, have a cup of joe, and study or whatever.I gave Atmosphere only 4 stars because sometimes the shop is too noisy if you need it tuned down a bit for focus. This location is my go-to in Fremont.

Customer service was very bad. I ordered two americanos and asked the young girl in the counter for some hot water I even gave her the cup and they asked me to pay 2.00 for hot water . That’s ridiculous to pay for water despite using their service .
