The taro-vanilla cake is my favorite! The color is visually beautiful and the flavor is not too strong nor too light. I've tried some of the other cake flavors and the gelatos and they are pleasant as well. They usually are stocked well with menu items.

I tried a scoop each of the Reece's ice cream and guava sorbet yesterday evening. Though both delicious, the guava sorbet was very tasty and guava-y! They had a handful of other flavors and a few cakes and pastries though I don't know if the pastries are made in-house. The menu included coffee and shake options and it's also nice to see that the shop is open until 8pm...more time to eat ice cream! There's no indoor dining as of yet.

I walked in and was greeted by a very nice employee. I was not sure what I was going to get and was just looking at all the cases. They had 3 different cases to choose from. Than I decided to get 3 things. I ordered a small scoop of Cookies N Cream gelato. My daughter said it tasted great to her. She said it was just the right size. I ordered a Death by chocolate truffle and it was really good. I thought at first glance that it was going to be super sweet. I tasted it and it was not sweet but it hit the spot and you can taste the cake, cream and the pudding. I did order a peppermint tea but I didn't care for it. I am use to just plain tea. I would recommend this place because they have a lot to choose from. They also have cakes and cake pops.

The toughest part about finding a flavor of gelato that you love here is when they sell out! They have an excellent selection of scoops and hand or pre packed pints. Flavors like durian, earl grey, pandan, Ferraro roche, mango sorbet, and the list goes on. I challenge you to go there and not find a flavor you would enjoy. The flavor and texture are unmatched for small batched sorbet in the East Bay.

Be aware: the prices are higher for just a single scoop of certain flavors, but there was no sign anywhere that indicated that price is based on flavor. I've been going here for years and had no idea the owner just now raised the price to $7.35 for just one scoop of certain flavors. After they scooped the ice cream, they told me at the register that the price is now higher for this flavor. For reference, a double scoop of the other flavors was $7.50. I don't like when businesses intentionally mislead or take advantage of loyal and unsuspecting customers. I'm sure your costs have increased, but so have all of ours. At least be honest about your prices. It would have been ridiculous to have them dump out the scoop for another flavor, but I wish I would have known and gone with another flavor because it was not worth $8 for a scoop of inauthentic non Italian gelato. For that reason, I won't ever be returning. I can get gelato and ice cream elsewhere that is honest and not greedy. Practices like this make you earn a little bit of a higher sale in the day, but will cost you customers.

Cheap little expensive place- My daughter’s cone broke and so I asked for a cup and they said they can’t give me a cup- it’s 50 cents extra! Ughh! So annoying- never coming here again- Gelato wasn’t great either. My Daughter said the cone tasted like Play Dough!

A solid place for delicious, creamy gelato and sorbetto. Their flavors change often. Personally I wish there was a way to know (perhaps via social media or a website) when flavors are being rotated in and/or out.

The cakes are super soft and moist. The taro vanilla was a little sweet for my taste. The Guava trifle on the other hand was well balanced and surprisingly good.
